Erken Çocukluk Döneminde Görülen Davranışsal Sorunlar ve Psikiyatri Hemşiresinin Rolü

Abstract

Erken çocukluk dönemi çocuğun içinde yaşadığı toplumundeğer yargılarını ve o toplumun kültürel yapısına uygundavranış ve alışkanlıkları kazanmaya başladığı bir dönemdir. Ebeveynler çocuklarıyla geçirdikleri ilk yıllarda birtakım sorunlarla karşılaşabilmektedirler. Bu derlemeninamacı, erken çocukluk döneminde görülen davranışsalsorunları ele alarak, toplum ruh sağlığı alanında önemligörevleri olan psikiyatri hemşirelerinin rollerini tartışmaktır. Ebeveynlerin çocuk bakımı ve yaklaşımı konusundabilgilendirilmesi davranışsal sorunların önlenmesindebüyük önem taşımaktadır. Psikiyatri hemşireleri, ebeveynleri bilgilendirme konusunda rehberlik ve danışmanlıkyaparak davranışsal sorunların azaltılması ve önlenmesinekatkı sağlayabilirlerEarly childhood is a period during which the child starts to gain value judgement of the society and behaviors and habits that are appropriate for the cultural structure of that society. Parents may face a number of problems in their first years they passed with their children. The purpose of this review is to discuss the role of psychiatry nurses who had important tasks in the mental health of the community by addressing behavioral problems seen in early childhood. Parents should be informed about the care and treatment of children which is of paramount importance in the prevention of behavioral problems. Psychiatry nurses may contribute to the reduction and prevention of behavioral problems by providing guidance and counseling to inform parents.
