Abstract
4857 SAYILI YENİ İŞ KANUNU PERSPEKTİFİNDE İŞ SAĞLIĞI ve GÜVENLİĞİ YÖNETİMİ ve TEKSTİL SEKTÖRÜNDE SA 8000 UYGULAMASI İşçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği konusu günümüzün modern işletmecilik anlayışında işletmelerin yasal sorumluluklarının yanı sıra sosyal sorumlulukları arasında da yer alarak çalışanların ve toplumun işletmelerden beklentilerinin şekillenmesinde etkili olmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda ulusal ve uluslararası alanda yapılan çalışmalar işletmeleri çeşitli sosyal, teknik, yönetsel ve hukuki tedbirlerin alınması ve gerekli çalışmaların yapılması hususunda sorumlu kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada işletmelerin yasal ve sosyal sorumlulukları kapsamında yer alan işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği konusu 4857 sayılı yeni İş Kanunu çerçevesinde irdelenerek, uluslararası bir standart olan SA 8000 Sosyal Sorumluluk Standardı kapsamında işletmelerde işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği konusunda yapılan uygulamalar ve çalışanların bu uygulamalara bakışı incelenmektedir. The issue of worker's health and labour safety influence on the formation of the expectations of the public and the employers from the enterprises by taking part between the social responsibilities besides the legal responsibilities of the enterprises in the modern operation understanding of today. In this direction, the works made in the local and international domains, render the enterprises responsible in order to execute the necessary works and to take the various social, technical, administrative and jurisprudencial precautions. In this work, the issue of the worker's health and the labour safety which take part in the content of the legal and social responsibilities of the enterprises, the applications made on the issue of the worker's health and the labour safety in the enterprises, and the point of view of the employees to these applications are examined in the content of the SA 8000 Social Responsibility Standard which is an International Standard, being studied within the frame of the new Occupatıonal Act number 4857.
