Kur savaşlarının gelişimi ve kur savaşları perspektifinden Türkiye

Abstract

KUR SAVAŞLRININ GELİŞİMİ VE KUR SAVAŞLARI PERSPEKTİFİNDEN TÜRKİYE Kur savaşları, günümüzde dünya ekonomisi ve uluslararası ticaret açısından önemli gelişmelerden biridir. Teorik olarak dış ticarette üstünlük sağlamak isteyen ülkelerin birbirlerine karşı uyguladıkları rekabetçi devalüasyonlarla açıklanan kur savaşlarının, tarihsel olarak incelediğinde, ülkeler açısından bir avantaj sağlamadığı, aksine dünya ekonomisinde olumsuz sonuçlar doğurduğu görülmüştür. Bu tezin amacı da, kur savaşlarının 1930’lu yıllardan itibaren günümüze kadar ki süreçte oluşumunu ve etkilerini incelemektir. Bu bağlamda ülkelerin kur savaşları sürecinde uyguladıkları devalüasyonlar ve dünya ticaretindeki değişmeler esas alınmıştır. Yine çalışmada Türkiye’ye ayrıca yer verilerek, tarihsel açıdan kur savaşları sürecinde Türkiye’nin rolü ele alınmıştır. Gelişmekte olan bir ülke olarak Türkiye’nin kur savaşlarındaki rolü önem arz etmektedir. THE DEVELOPMENT OF CURRENCY WARS AND TURKEY IN PRESPECTIVE OF CURRENCY WARS Nowadays, currency wars represent one of the most important developments in the world economy and international trade. Theoretically foreign countries which want to outmaneuver the trade of currency wars describes by competitive devaluations applied against each other, historically viewed, as an advantage for the country, on the contrary has been shown to have negative consequences for the world economy. The aim of this work, is to demonstrate the exchange rate in the period from the 1930s to the present day and to examine the effects of the war. In this context, the currency wars are based on changes in the process of devaluation and are applied in the world trade. However, in this work, Turkey is mentioned and is described the historical role of Turkey in the currency war. As a developing country it is important the establishment the role of Turkey in this war.
