Abstract

BİLGİ YÖNETİMİ TEORİSİNİN KAVRAMSAL TEMELLERİ: BİR UYGULAMA Bilginin en önemli tekil üretim ve hayatta kalma faktörü olarak ortaya çıktığı ve ağırlığını koyduğu günümüz dünyasında bilgi varlıklarını yönetmek, kuruluşlar varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri ve yeni ekonomik yapının zorladığı kaçınılmaz kültürel dönüşümlere ayak uydurabilmeleri açısından en önemli tekil görevlerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin kavramsal temellerini incelerken, bilgi yönetim sistemlerine geçiş sürecinde mevcut enformasyon ve bilgi kaynakları ile bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin entegrasyonunu içeren dönüşüm çalışmaları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu noktadan hareketle de, yaratılan ekonomik değeri taşıyacak bilgi birikimini oluşturabilen sistemlerin mevcudiyetini ve etkinliğini araştırmaya yönelik bir çalışma amaçlanmıştır.THE CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT THEORY: AN APPLICATION Because knowledge has become the single most important factor of production and survival, managing knowledge assets has become the single most important task of business for adoption of the cultural transformation forced by the new economic structure. While investigating the conceptual foundations of knowledge management systems, the focus is directed to the integration of the existing information and knowledge sources with the planned or established knowledge management systems. From this perspective, the research is aimed at the investigation of the existence and effectiveness of the systems which are able to provide knowledge accumulation to hold the created economic value.
