Bu çalışmada, infertil (kısır) Türk erkeklerinde, cinsiyet kromozomu olan Y kromozomunun uzun kolu üzerinde, q11.23 bandında bulunan AZF bölgesindeki mikrodelesyonların saptanması hedeflenmiştir
Our study was planned to realize molecular diagnosis of Y chromosome microdeletions by Quadrupleks Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction method with using specific primers to the Sequence Tagged Sites (STSs) and by testing sensitivity of this method, to determine clinical significance of microdeletion detection in infertile Turkish male.
