Çok kriterli karar verme teknikleriyle bir lojistik şirketinde taşıma türünün değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Lojistiğin gelişmesi ve artan rekabet ortamında işletmeler, hem ayakta kalabilmek hem de rekabet avantajı sağlayabilmek için taşımacılık faaliyetlerini etkin bir şekilde gerçekleştirmek istemektedirler. İşletmeler, bu amaca ulaşabilmek için bilimsel yöntemlerle desteklenmiş en uygun stratejiyi uygulamaya ihtiyaç duyarlar. Hangi stratejinin en uygun olduğunu bulabilmek için de karar verme problemlerine ihtiyaç duyulur. Karar verme problemleri, birçok alternatif strateji içinden en uygun olan stratejiyi bulabilmek için işletmelere yol gösteren bilimsel bir yöntemdir. Bu çalışmada taşımacılık türü seçimi için Çok Kriterli Karar Verme tekniklerinden AHP, ELECTRE ve TOPSIS ile matematiksel bir model kurulmuştur. Ürünleri aynı noktaya taşıyabilmek için Karayolu, Intermodel ve Kombine olmak üzere 3 farklı taşıma alternatifi olan bir işletmenin, taşımacılık türü seçimine etki eden en önemli kriterler olan maliyet, hız, güvenirlilik, esneklik ve çevreye etki kriterleri modele eklenmiştir. Modeldeki alternatif ve kriterlerin göreli ağırlıkları uzman kişiler tarafından belirlenerek taşıma türünün değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.

In an environment of increasing competition as a result of the development of the logistics sector, companies are willing to carry out their transportation activities effectively in order to survive in the market and gain some advantages. To achieve this goal, companies need the most appropriate strategy supported by scientific methods. Decision-making problems are needed to find out which strategy is most appropriate. Decision making problems are scientific methods that guide businesses to find the most appropriate strategy among many alternatives. In this study, a mathematical model has been established called AHP, ELECTRE and TOPSIS from multi-criteria decision-making problems for the type of transportation. Speed, cost, reliability, flexibility and environmental sensitivity criteria, which are the most important factors affecting the choice of transportation type Highway, Intermodel and Combined are added to the model. The relative weight of the alternatives and criteria in the model were determined by the experts. The assessment of the type of transport is done in this way.
