Kahkaha hadisi özelinde Hanefi hadis anlayışı

Abstract

Bu tezde Hanefî mezhebi hadis anlayışı, bu anlayışın sürekliliği ve değişimi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu tespit, örnek bir hadis üzerinden gerçekleştirilerek sadece teorik boyutta kalmamak hedeflenmiştir. İncelenen hadis, kahkaha hadisi olarak meşhur olan hadistir. Bu hadis, diğer mezhepler tarafından delil olabilecek kuvvete görülmemiş, ancak Hanefî âlimler tarafından delil olarak kullanılmıştır. İlgili hadis Hanefî âlimler nezdinde kıyasa aykırı olmasına karşın delil olarak kullanılmıştır. Hanefî mezhebi hadis anlayışını tespit için farklı çalışmalar olsa da konuyu bir hadis özelinde, âlimlerin yorumları üzerinden incelenmemesi yapılan çalışmaların teorik düzeyde kalmasına sebep olmuştur. Tezde, öncelikle kahkaha hadisinin geçtiği eserler ve ilgili bölümler tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu bilgiler, benzerlik durumuna göre başlıklandırılarak tasnif edilmiş ve bu tasnifte kronoloji dikkate alınmıştır. Böylece mezhebin hadis anlayışı ve süreç içerisindeki etkiler ve etkilenimler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak, diğer mezheplerin kahkaha hadisi hakkındaki yorumları da tespit edilerek karşılaştırma yapılmış ve Hanefi âlimlerin ilgili hadisi anlama serencamı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

This thesis aims to identify the Hanafi school's approach to hadith, its continuity, and changes over time. This identification is attempted not solely on a theoretical basis but through the analysis of a specific hadith. The examined hadith is famously known as the kahkaha hadith. While this hadith has not been considered conclusive evidence by other schools of thought, Hanafi scholars have used it as such. Despite being contrary to analogy within the Hanafi school, this particular hadith has been employed as legal precedent. Although various studies have explored the Hanafi school's understanding of hadith, the focus on scholars' interpretations of a specific hadith has led many of these studies to remain theoretical. In this thesis, firstly, the works and relevant sections where the kahkaha hadith appears have been identified. Based on the identified information, these details have been categorized and classified under appropriate headings according to similarities, taking into account chronological order. Thus, an attempt has been made to outline the Hanafi school's approach to hadith and its influences and interactions over time. Finally, the interpretations of other schools regarding the laughter hadith have also been identified to present a comprehensive understanding of its reception.
