The study population consisted of all health personnel who volunteered to participate in the study at the Training and Research Hospital. A total of 203 people (82 males, 121 females) who agreed to participate in the study from 571 individuals constituted the sample of this study. As the data collection tool, the information form, prepared by the researcher and consisting of 15 questions, and Glombok Sexual Satisfaction Scale were used. Results: As a result of the analyzes; among male participants subdimensions of withdrawal 13.45±2.02 and premature ejaculation 9.50±2.05 ranked at the top; while in women, subdimensions of anorgasmia 6.81±1.91 and vaginismus 5.46±3.29 were at the highest levels . Cronbach alpha values were calculated as 0.66 in female and 0.68 in male participants. Conclusion: As the most important result of this study that health workers who are consulted by the public about sexuality need a more qualified education related to sexuality.
