Sosyal dayanışma açısından Tebük gazvesi

Abstract

Hz. Muhammed (sas), hicretin 9. yılına gelindiğinde Arap yarımadasında büyük ölçüde hâkimiyet sağlamış durumdaydı. Özellikle söz konusu coğrafyanın kalbi sayılan Mekke şehrinin fethinin ardından artık Araplar arasında Hz. Peygamber’in (sas) otoritesi tesis edilmiş oldu. Bununla beraber yarımadanın kuzeyinde, dönemin büyük devletlerinden biri olan Bizans ve ona bağlı bölge kabileleri hâlâ İslâmiyet ve onun hedefleri önünde ciddi bir tehdit oluşturuyordu. Bu tehlikenin bertaraf edilmesi ve ileride gerçekleşecek fetihlere kapı açılması gibi sebeplerle tüm zorluklarına rağmen yaklaşık yedi ay süren bir hazırlığın sonucunda uzun ve meşakkatli bir sefer gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sıcak bir mevsimde, uzun bir mesafeye ve güçlü bir düşmana karşı sefere çıkan Müslümanlar, Hz. Peygamber’in (sas) önderliğinde, tüm bu zorlukları gösterdikleri muazzam birlik ve dayanışma ile aşmayı başarmışlar; içlerindeki münafıkların aleyhte propagandalarına karşılık sağlam ve kararlı bir duruş göstermişlerdir.

Hz. Muhammad (peace be upon him), by the time of the 9th year of the emigration, had largely dominated the Arabian peninsula. Especially after the conquest of Mecca, which is considered the heart of this geography, the authority of the Prophet (saas) was established among the Arabs. However, in the northern part of the peninsula, one of the great states of the time, Byzantine and its affiliated tribes still posed a serious threat to Islam and its objectives. Despite all difficulties due to the elimination of this danger and the opening of the door to future conquests, a long and arduous expedition took place as a result of a preparation that lasted approximately seven months. In a hot season, Muslims, who campaigned against a long distance and a powerful enemy, managed to overcome all these difficulties with the tremendous unity and solidarity they demonstrated under the leadership of the Prophet (saas); in response to their propaganda against the hypocrites in a solid and determined stance.
