Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, akıllı ev kavramı ile ev otomasyonu sisteminin ne olduğunu anlamak, bu kavram ve sistemlerin insanlara daha iyi bir yaşam sağlaması için neler sunabileceğini incelemektir. Bir evin ihtiyaç hazırlanırken teknolojik olarak ne gibi gereksinimlerin olduğunu belirlemek ve tasarımcının bu bilgiler doğrultusunda ilerlemesini sağlamaktır. Sekiz bölümden oluşan bu araştırma, akıllı evlerde otomasyon sisteminin nasıl işlediğini ve neler yapılabileceğini ortaya koymak amacını taşır. * Birinci bölümde, akıllı evin tanımı ve kullanımda neler sağladığı üzerinde durulmuştur. * İkinci bölümde otomasyonun başlangıcı, sibernetik nedir, ve endüstri mühendisliğinin otomasyonla ilişkileri anlatılıyor. * Üçüncü bölümde ev otomasyon sisteminin tanımı ve nasıl kullanıldığı ele alınmıştır. * Dördüncü bölümde akıllı evlerde kullanılan mikro işlemcilerde ( bilgisayarlarda ) kullanılan mantık kavramı ve teknolojiler yer almaktadır. * Beşinci bölümde Dünyada ve Türkiye de akıllı ev teknolojileri ile bilgiler anlatılıyor. * Altıncı bölümde bedensel engelliler için akıllı evlerin ne gibi yararları olduğu ele alınıyor. * Yedinci bölümde ev otomasyonu ve akıllı evi oluşturmak için gerekli olan alt yapılardan söz ediliyor. Kablolu sistem ( hard wiring ) ile kablosuz sistemler ( wireless ) karşılaştırılıyor. * Sekizinci, diğer farklı kullanım yöntemlerini ve iletişim sistemlerini inceliyor. binadaki tüketim verilerinin toplanması, sayaçların okunmasının pratik ve kontrollü hale gelebilmesi, deprem ,yangın, havuz ve bahçe ile ilgili sistemler ele alınmıştır.
The purpose of this work is to understand what the smart home concept and the home automation system is, and to examine what this concept and system can present in terms of providing a people a better lifestyle. Further, to decide on what types of technological necessities are in order when determining the requirement program for a home, and to ensure that the designer proceeds in accordance with this information. This research consisting of eight parts, bears the purpose of explaining how the automation system in smart homes functions, and to describe what it can do. * In the first part, the definition of a smart home and what it provides the user is explained. * The second part explains the introduction of automation, what the cybernetic is and the interrelation between industrial engineering and automation. * The third part provides the definition of a home automation system and how it is used. * The fourth part consists of an explanation of the logic of microprocessors (in computers) and technologies applied in the smart home. * The fifth part is an assessment of smart home technologies and related information in use throughout the world and in Turkey. * The sixth part considers what benefits the smart home provides for the physically disabled. * In the seventh part, the infrastructure necessary for creating home automation and a smart home is discussed. A comparison between hard wired and wireless systems is performed. * The eight part considers other different usage methods and communications systems, the collection of consumption data from the structure, and the process of meter reading becoming practical and controlled.
