Ekonomik küreselleşme sürecinde çin finansal sistemi

Abstract

EKONOMİK KÜRESELLEŞME SÜRECİNDE ÇİN FİNANSAL SİSTEMİ T.C. Marmara Üniversitesi Bankacılık & Sigortacılık Enstitüsü Dünya ekonomisi, özellikle geçen yüz yılın son çeyreğinde hızla küreselleşme sürecine girmiştir. Ülkeler arasında dış ticaret önündeki engeller giderek azalmaya başlamıştır. Bir çok ülke kapalı ekonomi modelinden, öncelikle karma ekonomik modele, buradan da serbest piyasa modeline doğru hızla yol almıştır. Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti’nin kurulduğu 1949 yılından beri Çin ekonomisi hızlı gelişme kaydetmiş, özellikle reform ve dışa açılma politikasının uygulanmaya başladığı 1979 yılından bu yana her yıl yüzde 9’u aşan büyüme hızıyla istikrarlı bir şekilde gelişme kaydetmiştir. Planlı ekonomiden sosyalist piyasa ekonomisine geçiş yolunda büyük yol kaydetmiştir. Çin finansal sistemi reform ve dışa açılma politikası ile modernizasyon yapılanmasının uygulandığı bu son 25 yıldır yapısal gelişme göstererek ekonominin bu süreç içinde sürekli gelişmesinde önemli rol oynamıştır. Bu çalışmada 1979 reformundan sonra Çin finansal sisteminde meydana gelen gelişmeler ve ulusal ekonomiye olan etkisi incelenmiştir. The obstacles in front of the foreign trade between the countries have gradually begun to decrease. Chinese economy has made rapid progress since 1949, when the People’s Republic of China was established and it has consistently developed by over 9 percent growing rate every year, especially since 1979 when the country underwent the reform and opened up to foreign trade. It has made great progress to change from planned economy to socialist market economy. Chinese financial system has shown structural growth over the last 25 years when the modernization restructuring has been implemented by the reform and through opening up to the outside world and, therefore, it played an important role in the continuous development of economy during this process. In this study, improvements that took place in the Chinese financial system after the 1979 reform and their effect on the national economy have been examined.
