Alternatif ticaret ve finansman tekniği olarak barter sistemi

Abstract

Takas, Alternatif Ticaret, Alternatif Finansman Tekniği, Finansal Kiralama, Factoring, Forfaiting ÖZET ALTERNATİF TİCARET VE FİNANSMAN TEKNİĞİ OLARAK BARTER SİSTEMİ Ekonomik krizlerin de etkisiyle paranın maliyetinin artması, işletmeleri alternatif finansman teknikleri aramaya zorlamıştır. İlk çağlardan beri bir ticaret metodu olarak kullanılan takas sisteminin günümüz teknolojileri ile desteklenmiş şekli olan barter sistemi, diğer finansman tekniklerinden farklı olarak girdi maliyetini en aza indiren finansman tekniğidir. Barter sistemi, işletmelere ihtiyaç duydukları mal veya hizmetleri kendi üretmiş oldukları mal veya hizmetlerle satın alma imkanı sağlayarak, nakit dengesinin sağlanmasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada barter sistemi tanıtılmaya çalışılmış, hukuki yapısına ışık tutulmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle kriz ortamlarında işletmelerin atıl stoklarının eritilmesinde ve nakit dengesinin sağlanmasında faydalı bir ticaret ve finansman tekniği olan barter sisteminin, Avrupa ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndeki gibi etkin kullanılabilmesi için yasal bir mevzuata ihtiyaç duyduğu görülmüştür. BARTER SYSTEM AS AN ALTERNATIVE TRADE AND FINANCING TECHNIQUE The increase of the monetary cost as an effect of economic crisis, forced the businesses to search alternative financing technics. The barter system, which is the modern technologies supported style of exchanges that are used as a trade method since the ancient times, enables minimum level of the input cost diffrently from other financing technics. Barter system, provides the businesses the oppurtunity of purchasing the required goods or services by the goods or services they produce and by this means administers cash balance. With this study the introduction of barter system is determined and illumination of its legal structure is aimed. It’s clearly seen that a legal regulation is required for the effective use of barter system, that is specially advantageous for businesses to deplete their passive stocks and enable the cash balance in crisis environments, as in Europe and United States of America.
