dc.description.abstractOur thesis,which was prepared by using İnteger programming,consists of three parts.It is about the Foreign Language Education Distance Learning (DL) system given in Armed Forces school of Language; its being given by DL Center and DL Classrooms; and which type of DL Classrooms should be selected for this purpose. In the first part, Linear Programming that makes up the first level of integer Programming is explained. The founder of the most important linear programming techniques up to now is G.B.Dantzig.Dantzig made his first applied study in 1947 in U.S.Air Forces's activity planning project.In this project, in order to reach the goals determined, a linear programming model was used to find out how to combine various activities (such as employment, maintenance, training, etc.)in an optimal way.In administration, linear programming is a technique used for providing theoptimal benefit under varius limiting conditions from resources such as money, equipment, machines, time, work force, etc. In the second part, İnteger programming model that we made use of in solving our problem is explained. Depending on the linear programmingtypes, when some or all variants are, integer programming is used.In linear programming,there is a limiting conditions.This means that the variants in the goal function takes positive integer valves. In the third part; DL project, possible DL technologies, costs, and our application is discussed. The foundation of DL Classrooms is in the form of goal function Zmax=C1X1+ C2X2+ C3X3+ C4X4+ C5X5+ C6X6 of the model that we will found for increasing the Education Efficiency of DL Classroom in our problem. IN Conclusion; one DL system center in Armed Forces School of language, 30 DL classrooms at Level 1 in small cities at Brigade centers, 16 DL classrooms at Level 3 in big cities at Corps and Brigade centers, and a Level 5 advanced DL classrooms as a prototype in Ankara must be founded. At the moment, Level 2 and Level 4 standarts are considered as the optimal DL Classroom foundation standart.
