Kesme kalıp parametrelerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Tez içerisinde, saç metal kalıplarının önemli parametreleri incelenmiştir. Bu parametreleri incelemenin amacı, uygun kalitede kesme kalıp üretimi yapmaktır. Öncelikle kesme kalıpları sınıflandırılması yapılmış sonra zımbalar, matrisler, kayıt plakaları, zımba tutucuları ve diğer yan çakılar vb. kalıp elemanları incelenmiştir. Diğer taraftan kesme kalıplarında kullanılan malzemeler belirtilmiş, kesme kuvvet ve güç hesapları yapılmıştır. Saç metal kalıp fabrikalarında, kesme kalıp tasarım parametreleri ve kalıp yapımları incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; kesme kalıpları ile üretilecek iş parçalarının kalitesinin istenilen toleranslarda elde edilmesi, kalıbın üretim kapasitesinin uygunluğunun elde edilmesi ve kalıbı oluşturan elemanların incelenmesi sağlanarak bu konuda bilgi verilmiştir.In this thesis is the investigation of important parameters of sheet metal cutting dies. The main goal of investigation these parameters to provide is the producing suitable quality of cutting dies. First the classification is done of cutting dies than investigation components of dies as punches, matrixes, guide plates, hold of punch and the other side punches. The other side to determine the used materials of cutting dies provides to calculation the force and power of cutting. Investigation is done of cutting dies design parameters and of mahing dies at the sheet metal dies companies. At the result; know/ edge about this subject was given by providing of investigation of cutting dies components, providing of quality of products at desired tolerances and suitability of producing capacity.
