Abstract
KALİTE ÇEVRE İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ ENTEGRE YÖNETİM SİSTEMLERİ VE BİR UYGULAMA Artan rekabet koşulları kuruluşları her alanda risklerini kontrole etmeye zorlamaktadır. Kaliteli ürün ya da hizmeti sunabilmenin yanında, çevreye, topluma ve çalıştırdığı insan topluluğunun sağlık ve güvenliğine duyarlı bir şekilde varlığını sürdüren firmalar, imajlarına yatırım yaparak bu rekabette öne geçmektedirler. Kalite, çevre ve iş sağlığı güvenliği yönetim sistemlerini uygulamak firmaların her üç alanda başarılı bir kontrol sağlamasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Farklı yönetim sistemlerini aynı anda uygulamak ise kuruluşlarda bir takım yönetsel zorluklara sebep olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle sistemleri gerekli noktalarda entegre ederek uygulama gerekliliği doğmuştur. Entegrasyon sistemlerin yürütülmesinde firmalara bütünsel bir bakış açısı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada Entegre Kalite Çevre ve İş Sağlığı Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemleri uygulamaları bir inşaat firması örneği ile incelemiştir. Kalite, Çevre ve İş Sağlığı Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemleri uygulamanın ve bu sistemleri entegre etmenin faydaları farklı kuruluşlarda yapılan bir araştırma ile ortaya koyulmuştur.
QUALITY ENVIRONMENT OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND AN APPLICATION Rising competitive conditions make the control necessary to control companies’ risks in every area. Producing a qualitative product or giving a quality service is not enough for the companies, besides they should give respect to natural environment, the society and obtain a safe and healthy work environment for their workers. By this way, companies can improve their prestige in the sector. Applying quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems is the best way to have a control in those three different management areas. However application of different management systems in the company at the same time may create administrational problems. Therefore integrating different management systems in necessary points became as a solution. Integration gives the opportunity of having an entire way of look to all management systems, to the firm. In this research, integrated quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems are investigated with a construction firm example. Moreover, the advantages of having quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems and especially integrating them are determined with a research, which includes different companies.
