Abstract
Rekabetin adil bir düzende işleyişi tüm piyasa katılımcıları için önemli bir unsurdur. Rakibinden üstünolma isteği olan piyasa katılımcılarının sahip oldukları üretim ve iş sırları, korunmaya değer önemliekonomik bilgileri oluşturmaktadır. Adil bir rekabet ortamında gerçekleşecek kaliteli ve etkin üretim,piyasa katılımcıları için elde ettikleri başarıyı koruma ihtiyacı gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada üretimve iş sırlarının haksız rekabet hükümlerince korunması ele alınmaktadır. Bu hususların incelenmesiiçin TTK m.55/ 1-b,3, TTK m.55/ 1-c, TTK m.55/ 1-d’ den yararlanılmıştır.

Quality and efficient production to beoccured in a fair competitive environment requires the need to maintain their success for marketparticipants.
