Publication: Müslüman insan ile kapitalist insanın ekonomik davranışlarının karşılaştırması
Abstract
Analysing any concept or notion in social sciences independently from its cultural source, semantics, economic, social and religious foundations of which the concept itself is formed would cause the anachronism(a person, thing, or idea that exists out of its time in history, especially one that happened or existed later than the period being shown, discussed, etc…) problem. Each concept can only get meaning mutually in its social structure. The anachronism that will arise from ignoring the environment in which the concept emerged would emancipate the concept from it real root or meaning to another cultural basin. This delusion will bring an eclectic thought. To understand capitalist economics and Islamic economics theories; the cultural basin, which consists of these theories, requires analysis of the social and political environment. Both economic theories are part of a meaningful whole within their own paradigms. Throughout the study, the theoretical ground of capitalist economics and Islamic economics, the role and process in social structure were tried to be explained within their own paradigms.
