Türkiye’de iç borç sorunu nedenleri ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Bu tezin temel amacı, Türkiye'de iç borç sorunun sebepleri, sonuçları ve çözüm yollarını incelemektir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için, Türkiye ekonomisinin yapısı da göz önüne alınarak, Türkiye'de iç borç sorunu ve iç borç yönetim süreçleri incelenmiştir. İç borç sorunun kısa dönemde yanlış politikalarla çözümlenemeyeceği fakat uzun dönemde sağlıklı, kararlı ve yapısal politikalarla çözümlenebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Main aim of this thesis is to investigate the main reasons, results and solutions of domestic debt problem in Turkey. In order to achieve this aim, domestic debt problem and its management processes in Turkey by considering the structure of Turkish Economy are examined. It is concluded that domestic dept problem can not be solved by false policies in short run , but can be solved healthy and determined structuralist policies in long run.
