Publication: 15. yüzyıl Timurlu Devri Kelile ve Dimne’leri analitik çözümlemesi
Abstract
Kelile ve Dimne, üzerinde sayısız çalışma yapılabilecek etkinliğe sahip eşsiz şaheserlerden biridir. 3. yüzyılda Debşelim adındaki Hint hükümdarının isteği üzerine, Vişnu rahibi bir Brahman tarafından Sanskrit dilinde Keşmir’de kaleme alınmıştır. Kelile ve Dimne bir tür nasihatname olarak bugüne kadar edebiyattan güzel sanatlara kadar pek çok araştırma sahasının temel çalışma konusu olmuştur. Tezimizde farklı dönemlerde birçok nüshası bulunan ve daha önce de araştırmalara konu olan Kelile ve Dimne yazma eserlerinin; 15. yüzyıl Timur devrine ait olan beş nüshası ele alınmıştır. İstanbul Topkapı Sarayı Müze Kütüphanesi’nde muhafaza edilen R.1022, H.362, R.1023’tür, İstanbul Süleymaniye Kütüphanesinde Fatih 3682 kayıtlı Antoloji ve son olarak Bursa İnebey Kütüphanesinde bulunan Nr. Hüseyin Ç.763 envanter numaralı Kelile ve Dimne eserleridir. Bu el yazmalarında yer alan minyatürler sanatta yeterlik tezimizin temel konusunu oluşturmuştur.14. yüzyılda Timur ile başlayan ve 16. yüzyıla kadar Timur hanedanlığı süresince devam eden dönemde, Timurlu devri kendine has bir minyatür üslubu oluşturmuştur. Kelile ve Dimne yazmalarında yer alan 15. yüzyıl minyatürlerin anlatım kurgularını kapsamlı bir şekilde araştırmak için çalışmalar sürdürülmüştür. Tez konumuz çerçevesinde belirlenen yazma eserlerdeki kompozisyonlarda incelenen hayvanların jest ve mimikleri, uygulanma teknikleri, minyatürlerin her yazma eserde aynı hikâyeyi karşılamayan şekilde kurgulanması, sayfa tertibi uygulamalarındaki farklılıklar üzerinde de durulmuştur. Tez konusu çerçevesinde seçilen yazma eserlerdeki metin minyatür ilişkisi, renk değerlendirmeleri, desen teknikleri ve yöntemleri detaylı bir şekilde çalışılmıştır.
Kalila and Dimna are one of the unique masterpieces with numerous studies on activities. It was written by a Brahman in Kashmir in Sanskrit at the request of the Indian ruler named Debşelim in the 3rd century. Kalila and Dimna is a kind of counsel, have been the main subject of study in many research fields from literature to fine arts. In our thesis, Kalila and Dimna manuscripts, which have many copies in different periods and have been the subject of research before; five copies belongs to the 15th century. It is R.1022, H.362, R.1023, which is preserved in the Istanbul Topkapi Palace Museum Library, the Fatih 3682 registered Anthology in the Istanbul Süleymaniye Library and finally the Nr. Hüseyin Ç. 763 are Kalila and Dimna works. The miniatures in these manuscripts constituted the main subject of our proficiency in art thesis.In the period that started with Timur in the 14th century and continued during the Timur dynasty until the 16th century, the Timurid era created a unique miniature style. Studies have been carried out to comprehensively investigate the narrative constructs of miniatures in Kalila and Dimna manuscripts in the 15th century.The gestures and mimics of the animals examined in the compositions in the manuscripts determined within the framework of our thesis topic, their application techniques, the editing of miniatures that do not meet the same story in each manuscript, and the differences in page layout applications are also emphasized. Thus, the relation between text and miniature, color evaluations, pattern techniques and methods in the manuscripts selected within the framework of the thesis topic were studied in detail.
