Ahmed Bin Hanbel ile Ebu Davud arasındaki rivayet ilişkisi

Abstract

Hadis rivayetinde hoca-talebe ilişkisi önemli bir etkendir. Bu çalışma ile hadis rivayetinin temel taşlarından olan Müsned ve Sünen’in bir nevi mukayesesi yapılmaya çalışılmış, Ebû Dâvûd’un, Ahmed b. Hanbel’den aldığı rivayetlerin benzerlik ve farklılıkları, özellikle de Müsned’in, Sünen’e kaynaklık edip etmediğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Böyle bir çalışma, aynı isnad ile rivayet edilen hadislerin metin farklılıklarını, ziyade ve eksikliklerini, sened ve metin bakımından aralarında herhangi bir fark bulunmayan hadislerin ise tespitini, ayrıca her iki musannifin o hadis hakkındaki yorum ve kanaatlerini görerek daha geniş bir perspektifle değerlendirme imkânı oluşturmuştur. Her iki müellifin birbirlerinden aldıkları rivayetlerin karşılaştırılması yapılmış ve Sünen’deki rivayetlerin çoğunun Müsned ile uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür.

The relationship between the scholar and the student is an important factor in rumoring the hadith. In this study, we attempted to make an analogy of the two pioneering works, Müsned and Sünen. The similarity and the differences between the two scholars are studied. Especially, one of the aims is to figure out whether Müsned was the main resource of Sünen. This study gave the possibility and the opportunity with a broader perspective to investigate the differences of the hadiths which are referenced to the same people, additional or missing expressions in the hadiths, and the commands of the two scholars about the hadiths. Ultimately, the analogy shows the fact that there is a significant coherence between the two scholars and their books.
