Yalın üretim tekniklerinin sürdürülebilirliğe etkisi üzerine tekstil işletmelerinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Küresel nüfusun hızla artması, kaynakların azalması ve hızla artan üretim talepleri günümüz işletmeleri için sürdürülebilirliği bir zorunluluk haline getirmiştir. Yalın felsefe, kaynak ve zaman tüketen faaliyetlerin azaltılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, işletmelerde yalın üretim uygulamalarının benimsenmesi ve tüm aşamalarda kullanılması oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle, rekabetçi bir ortamda sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak isteyen firmalar, yalın üretime yönelmektedirler. Yalın üretim, tüketiciye değer sağlama, maliyetleri düşürme, verimliliği artırma ve kaliteyi yükseltme konularında olumlu etkiler sunarak, sosyal, çevresel ve ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik boyutlarını geliştirmektedir. Bu tez çalışması, Türkiye ' deki tekstil işletmeleri üzerinde yalın üretim tekniklerinin sürdürülebilirlik performansına etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Örneklem, belirli sayıda tekstil işletmesinden oluşacak ve anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler, nicel ve nitel analizlerle değerlendirilecektir. Bu analizler sonucunda, tekstil işletmelerinde en yaygın kullanılan yalın üretim teknikleri tespit edilecek ve bu tekniklerin sürdürülebilirlik boyutlarına etkisi değerlendirilecektir. Ayrıca, tekstil işletmelerinde sürdürülebilirlik performansını en fazla etkileyen yalın üretim teknikleri belirlenecektir.

The rapid increase in global population, diminishing resources, and rapidly growing production demands have made sustainability a necessity for modern businesses. Lean philosophy aims to reduce resource and time-consuming activities. The adoption and utilization of lean production practices in businesses are of great importance at all stages. Therefore, companies seeking to ensure sustainability in a competitive environment are turning to lean production. Lean production has positive effects on providing value to the consumer, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving quality, thus enhancing social, environmental, and economic sustainability dimensions. This thesis aims to examine the impact of lean production techniques on sustainability performance in textile businesses in Türkiye. The sample will consist of a specific number of textile businesses, and data obtained through surveys will be evaluated through quantitative and qualitative analyses. As a result of these analyses, the most commonly used lean production techniques in textile businesses will be identified, and their impact on sustainability dimensions will be assessed. Additionally, the lean production techniques that have the most significant influence on sustainability performance in textile businesses will be determined.
