Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devletinin özel yetenekliler eğitim politikasının bilsem müdürleri ve ilgili öğretim üyelerinin bakış açılarıyla değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bir ülkenin aydınlık geleceği için belki de en önemli etken kaynak insan kaynağıdır. Bu insan kaynağının doğru değerlendirilmesi için doğru eğitilmesi çok önemlidir. Özel yetenekli bireyler ise bu insan kaynağının en önemli bileşenini oluşturur diye düşünürsek yanlış olmayacaktır. İşbu sebeple de özel yetenekli bireylerin yetenekleri doğrultusunda eğitilmesi ve desteklenmesi hayati önem arz etmektedir. Bu yüzdendir ki özel yetenekli bireyler gelişmiş ülkelerde gerçekten çok önem verilen bir grup olarak ele alınmakta ve eğitimleri için çok önemli düzenlemeler yapılmaktadır. Bu gün Türkiye’de özel yetenekliler eğitimi denilince akla ilk gelen kurum olan BİLSEM’ler özel yetenekli bireylerin özellikleri doğrultusunda tanılandıkları ve yine bu doğrultuda eğitim aldıkları okul dışı eğitim kurumları olarak varlıklarını sürdürebilmiştir. Özellikle son 3 yılda ciddi manada sayıları ve işlerliği artan BİLSEM’lerde yapılacak olan düzenlemelerin ve yönelimlerin doğru olması Türkiye’nin geleceği olan bu çocukların gelişimleri için hayati önem arz etmektedir.

Perhaps the most important factor for the bright future of a country is the right person. It is very important that this human resource is correctly trained for correct evaluation. It will not be wrong if we think that special talented individuals constitute the most important component of this human resource. For this reason, it is vital that special talented individuals are trained and supported in line with their abilities. In this respect, special talented individuals are considered as a group that is really important in developed countries and very important regulations are being made for their training.These days, BİLSEM, the first institution that comes to mind when it comes to the education of special talents in Turkey, has been able to continue its existence as special educational institutions where special talented individuals are recognized in terms of their characteristics and in which they have been trained in this direction. Particularly in the last three years, the number of serious manners and the fact that the regulations and orientations to be done in the increasing BİLSEMs are correct are vital for the development of these children, the future of Turkey.
