Tük silahlı kuvvetlerinde Kaizen ve Benchmarking

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde en çok kullanılmakta ve uygulanmakta olan Kaizen ve Benchmarking felsefelerini ele alarak Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerindeki Toplam Kalite Yönetimi anlayışını ortaya koymaktır. Tezin içeriği önce Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin ne olduğuyla başlamakta ve sırasıyla Kaizen ve Benchmarking'in ne olduğunu ortaya koyarak Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde Kaizen ve Benchmarking'e verilen önemi ve uygulamaları ortaya koymaktadır. Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde Kıyaslama ve Sürekli Geliştirme konularına ne kadar önem verildiği ve bu konuda ki uygulamalar ile yayınlar gösterilmektedir. Günümüzün Modern Ordularını kurabilmek için benimsenen TKY felsefesi ve bunun araçlarından olan Kıyaslama ve Sürekli Geliştirme Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline gelmiştir. The aim of this thesis is to put forward the understanding of Total Quality Management by considering Kaizen and Benchmarking philosophies which are used and applied the most in the Turkish Armed Forces. The content of this thesis begins by explaining what Total Quality Management in the Turkish Armed Forces is and then Kaizen and Benchmarking philosophies are explained. This thesis ends by putting forward the importance of Kaizen and Benchmarking in the Turkish Armed Forces including its applications. In this thesis, it is shown how much importance is given the topics of Benchmarking and Kaizen. It is also shown the applications and publications of Benchmarking and Kaizen topic. The philosophy of Total Quality Management and Kaizen and Benchmarking which is the means of Total Quality Management have been applied to construct the contemporary armies. The philosophy of Total Quality Management and Kaizen and Benchmarking has also become inevitable parts of Turkish Armed Forces.
