Abstract
19. yüzyılın sonu ve 20. yüzyılın başında Kırım Türklerinin fikir tarihi konusunda birçok araştırma olmakla birlikte, 1920'li yıllar epeyce karanlık kalmıştır. Bu dönem hakkında şu âna kadar yapılan az sayıdaki çalışmalarda ise, ıslâhâtçı din adamlarının çaba ve faaliyetleri konusu ihmal edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla, bu çalışma, Sovyet yönetiminin geçiş yıllarında Kırım'daki terakkiperver ulemanın rolü ve fikirleri üzerinde yoğunlaşacaktır. Tezin temel amacı, adı geçen dönemdeki din adamlarının Komünist rejim altında varlıklarını nasıl sürdürdüklerini anlamaya çalışmaktır. Bunun için ilk olarak, bu dönemde Kırım, İdil-Ural bölgesi, Azerbaycan ve Türkiye'de çıkan diğer süreli yayınlardan da yararlanarak dönemin siyasî ve fikrî ortamını aydınlatmaya çalıştık. İkinci olarak, çalışmamızın asıl kaynağını teşkil eden ve 1924-27 yılları arasında Kırım'da çıkan Asrî Müsülmanlık dergisini inceledik. Kırım Dinî İdaresinin çıkardığı bu dergi, 1920'li yıllardaki gelişmeler hakkında çok geniş ve zengin bir malzeme sunmaktadır. Bu kaynağı analiz etmek suretiyle, terakkiperver ulemanın o günkü içtimai meselelere dair getirdiği açıklamaları ve onların yeni rejim karşısındaki duruşunu ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Ayrıca, dergide ortaya çıkan bazı tarihî ve siyasî bilgiler, söz konusu dönemin aydınlatılmasına katkıda bulunmaktadır.
Islam in Crimea under the early years of Bolshevik regime and the analysis of Asrî Musulmanlïq Although much studies devoted concerning the intellectual history of the Crimean Tatars at the end of the nineteenth and the early twentieth centuries, a little attention had been devoted to the early years of the Soviet regime. And specialist treatments of the reformist Muslim Tatar clergy and their efforts is entirely lacking. Therefore, this study will focus upon the ideas and role of the reformist ulema at the transitional era of the Soviet regime in Crimean peninsula. The main purpose of this study is to understand how the Muslim clergy survived under the communist regime at that period. For this purpose, firstly, this study tries to illuminate the political and intellectual milieu of the early Soviet period by investigating the related periodicals and other sources published between 1917 and 1930 in Crimea, the Volga-Ural region, Azerbaijan and Turkey. Secondly, this survey focused on the journal Asrî Musulmanlïq (Contemporary Islam, Akmescid, 1924-1927) which was published by the Religious Board for the Muslims of Crimea. This journal provides a rich material about the social, political and intellectual life of the Crimean Tatar Muslims in 1920's. By analyzing this source, the present study attempts to investigate the position of Crimean Tatar clergy as opposed to the communist regime. This study also tries to reveal the explanations and solutions of the progressive clergy concerning the contemporary and social issues that Muslims confronted with. In addition, some historical and political data, which came out during this study, contributes to the understanding of the period.
