Temel dini bilgiler dersi (İslam I, islam II ) öğretim programına yönelik öğretmen görüşleri

Abstract

Ülkemizde din eğitimi, tarihi süreç içerisinde çeşitli dönemlerden geçerek günümüze gelmiştir. Din eğitimi ve öğretimi alanında en önemli değişiklikler 2012 yılında yapılmış ve zorunlu Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Dersine ek olarak “Kur'an-ı Kerim”, Peygamberimizin Hayatı ve Temel Dini Bilgiler gibi seçmeli dersler programa eklenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2012’de hazırlanıp uygulamaya konulan ve 2017'de güncellenen Temel Dini Bilgiler dersi (İslam I, İslam II) öğretim programının, programın uygulayıcıları olan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine dayanarak hedeflerini, içeriğini, eğitim durumlarını, ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemlerini ve genel özelliklerini incelemektir. Temel Dini Bilgiler dersine giren Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi (DKAB) öğretmenleri tarafından, dersin öğretim programındaki üniteler ve kazanımları; yapılan değişikliklerin yeterliliği, yeni programın öğretmen ve öğrenciler üzerindeki etkileri, ünite ve kazanımların öğrenci seviyelerine uygunluğu gibi pek çok açıdan değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda; çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin Temel Dini Bilgiler dersi öğretim programına ilişkin görüşleri betimsel tarama yöntemi tercih edilerek araştırılmıştır. Belirlenen ana problem ve alt problemler araştırılarak, öne sürülen hipotezlerin geçerliliğini sınayacak olan 48 ölçek maddesi kullanılarak araştırmanın verileri toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı, İstanbul ilinde çeşitli ilçelerde görev yapan 235 Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın sonuçları doğrultusunda elde edilen bulgular analiz edilerek, bu bulgular ışığında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Religious education in our country has come to the present day by passing through various periods in the historical process. The most important changes in the field of religious education and training were made in October 2012, and in addition to the compulsory Religious Culture and Morality Course, elective courses such as “The Noble Qur'an”, The Life of our Prophet and Basic Religious Knowledge were added to the program. The aim of this study is to examine the objectives, content, educational status, measurement and evaluation methods and general characteristics of the Basic Religious Knowledge course (Islam I, Islam II) curriculum, which was prepared and implemented in 2012 and updated in 2017, based on the opinions of teachers who are practitioners of the program. It aims to evaluate the units and achievements in the curriculum of the course by Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge (DKAB) teachers who take the Basic Religious Knowledge course in many aspects, such as the adequacy of the changes made, the effects of the new program on teachers and students, the suitability of units and achievements to student levels. In this direction; The opinions of the teachers participating in the study regarding the Basic Religious Knowledge course curriculum were investigated by using the descriptive screening method. The main problems and sub-problems identified were investigated and the data of the research were collected using 48 scale items that will test the validity of the hypotheses put forward. The data collection tool was applied to 235 Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge teachers working in various districts in the province of Istanbul. The findings obtained in line with the results of the study were analyzed and suggestions were made in the light of these findings.
