Abstract
BAZI LAKTON HALKALI FTALOSİYANİN BİLEŞİKLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE KARAKTERİZASYONU Kumarin (2H-1-benzopiran-2-on) ve türevleri, biyolojik, tıbbi aktivitelerinin yanında termal kararlılık ve optik özellikleri nedeniyle organik kimyada önemli bir sınıfı oluşturmaktadır. Karakteristik mavi-yeşil boyar madde olan ftalosiyaninler yüksek fiziksel ve kimyasal kararlılığa sahip sentetik bileşiklerdir. Ftalosiyaninler optik, elektriksel ve katalitik uygulamalarda, kanser tedavisi ve diğer medikal uygulamalarda kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, 5,7-Dihekziloksi-3-[p-(3,4-disiyanofenoksi)fenil] kumarin ve 5,7-Dihekziloksi-3-[p-(2,3-disiyanofenoksi)fenil]kumarin bileşikleri ve bu bileşiklerden metalsiz ve metalli (Zn, Co, Fe) ftalosiyanin kompleksleri sentezlendi. 4-kloro-5-(4-(4-metoksifenil)-8-metilkumarin-7-loksi)ftalonitril ve 4,5-bis(4-(4-metoksifenil)-8-metilkumarin-7-loksi)ftalonitril bileşikleri kullanılarak periferal pozisyonda dört ve sekiz adet kumarin bulunduran metalsiz ve metalli ftalosiyaninler sentezlendi. 4-(2,3-dihidro-1H-inden-5-yiloksi)ftalonitril sentezlenerek ilk kez aksiyal olarak kumarin sübstitüenti olan ftalosiyaninler elde edildi. Ayrıca 4,4'-(4,4'-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1,1-diil)bis(4,1-fenilen))bis(oksi)diftalonitril bile- şiği sentezlendi ve bu bileşik kullanılarak sepet tipi yeni ftalosiyaninler sentezlendi. Elde edilen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları FT-IR, UV-vis, 1H-NMR ve MALDI TOF kütle spektroskopisi yöntemi ile karakterize edildi.
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME PHTHALOCYANINE DERIVATIVES BEARING LACTONE COMPOUNDS Coumarine (2H-1-benzopyran-2-one) and their derivatives are an important class of organic compounds, which exhibit not only biological and medical activities but also have thermal stability and optical properties. Phthalocyanines (Pcs) are characteristic blue-green coloured synthetic compounds with high chemical and physical stability. They have used in optical, electrical and catalytic applications, photodynamic reagents for cancer therapy and for other medical applications. In this study, novel phthalocyanines were obtained using 4-(4-(5,7-bis(hexyloxy)-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)phenoxy)phthalonitrile and 3-(4-(5,7-bis(hexyloxy)-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)phenoxy)phthalonitrile compounds. Metal free and metallo phthalocyanines bearing four and eight coumarines at peripheral positions were synthesized from 4-chloro-5-(4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-8-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy)phthalonitrile and 4,5-bis(4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-8-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy)phthalonitrile compounds. Axial coumarine substituted phthalocyanines were synthesized using 4-(2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-5-yloxy)phthalonitrile. Also novel ball-type phthalocyanines were obtained from 4,4'-(4,4'-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-1,1-diyl)bis(4,1-phenylene))bis(oxy)diphtha- lonitrile compounds. The structure of new compounds were determined based on the results of spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR, UV-vis, 1H-NMR and MALDI TOF MS.
