Publication: Meslek liselerindeki öğrenci kulüplerinin sosyalleşmeye etkisi
Abstract
MESLEK LİSELERİNDEKİ ÖĞRENCİ KULÜPLERİNİN SOSYALLEŞMEYE ETKİSİ Bu araştırmanın amacı Kayseri ilinde yer alan meslek liselerindeki öğrenci kulüplerinin sosyalleşmeye etkisini katılımcılık, gönüllülük, işbirliği ,süreklilik ilkeleri temel alınarak ölçmektir. Çalışmada, cinsiyet, sınıf, okul türü, okulunuzda istenen sosyal kulüplerin açılma durumu, okulun kulüp çalışmalarının düzenli devam edip etmediği, okuldaki kulüplere nasıl üye olunduğu ve sosyal kulüp çalışmalarının amacına uygun yürütülme durum değişkenlerine göre; öğrenci kulüplerinin sosyalleşmeye etkisi ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada incelenen konuya ilişkin kaynaklar ve olgusal veriler ise dikkatle incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, meslek liselerindeki öğrenci kulüplerinin sosyalleşmeye etkisini, araştırmaya dahil olan öğrencilerin çeşitli bağımsız değişkenlerine göre ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Kayseri İli’nde çeşitli meslek liselerinde öğrenim gören ve araştırmaya tesadüfî olarak katılan lise öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çeşitli ilçelerde, 5 farklı meslek lisesinde eğitim gören toplam 672 öğrenciye ulaşılmıştır.Uygulamada araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ve uzman görüşü dikkate alınarak son şekli verilen anket kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS Windows-21 istatistik programında amaçlara uygun istatistiki teknikler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde; öncelikle tüm bağımsız değişkenler için, tanımlayıcı istatistikler olan frekans (N), yüzde (%), ortalama (X), standart sapma (SS) değerleri ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra ikili değişkenler arasındaki farklılığı test etmek amacıyla “İlişkisiz Grup t Testi”, ikiden fazla kategorisi bulunan değişkenler arasındaki farklılığı test etmek için ise “Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi” (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. “Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi” (ANOVA) sonrasında, elde edilen farklılığın kaynağını belirlemek amacıyla ise, tamamlayıcı analizlerden biri olan “Scheffe Testi” kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; 1. Öğrenciler; cinsiyet, sınıf, okul türü, okulunuzda istenen sosyal kulüplerin açılma durumu, okulun kulüp çalışmalarının düzenli devam edip etmediği, okuldaki kulüplere nasıl üye olunduğu ve sosyal kulüp çalışmalarının amacına uygun yürütülme durum değişkenlerine göre ankette yer alan ifadelere verdikleri cevaplarda manidar düzeyde farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. 2. Meslek liselerindeki öğrenci kulüplerinin sosyalleşmeye etkisi ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının ise X=2,20 “Nadiren” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. THE EFFECT OF THE STUDENT CLUBS AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS ON SOCIALIZATION The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of the student clubs at high schools in Kayseri on socialization in terms of participation,voluntariness,collaboration and sustainability.In the study,it was tried to explain the effect of student clubs on socialization according to the following variables; gender, type of school and class, the initiation process of the desired clubs,whether the school management monitors the clubs and they serve for the necessary purposes or not and how the students can be a member of the clubs.The data and the resources regarding this study were examined and selected with great care. In this study, it was aimed to put forward the effect of the student clubs on socialization in terms of the independent variables emerging from the students included in the research.Accordingly, the subjects of the study consist of the random students from different vocational schools in Kayseri.The number of the subjects from five different vocational schools in different districts is 672. In this project, a questionnaire which was prepared by the professional researchers under the custody of different specialists was applied succesfully. During the analysis process, frequecny(N),percentage(%),mean value(X) and standard deviation(SS),which are descriptive statistics for all independent variables, have been determined initially.Later, Unrelated Group t Test was used to examine the difference between the binary variables and Single Direction Variance Analysis was used to examine the difference between the variables with more than two categories.After the Single Direction Variance Analysis(ANOVA) is completed, Scheffe Test, one of the complementary analyses, is applied to trace back the difference between the results. It is concluded that; 1.1.The answers given by the students are extremely different in terms of gender,type of school and class, the initiation process of the desired clubs,whether the school management monitors the clubs and they serve for the necessary purposes or not and how the students can be a member of the clubs. 2.The avarage value of the answers to the statements regarding the effect of the clubs on socialization given by the students at vocational schools is X=2,20,which implies “Rarely” stage.
