Abstract
Yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler sanat dallarındaki üretimin kolaylaşmasına, çeşitlenmesine, yaratıcı fikirlerin daha kolay uygulanabilmesine veya yeni fikirlerin yaratılmasına olanak vermiş, katkı sağlamıştır. Tarihi sürece bakıldığında sinema ve televizyon alanında yapılan çalışmalarda, sanat eserlerinin üretilmesinde, gelişmesinde teknoloji en önemli yeri almıştır. Türkiye’nin pek çok alanda teknolojiyle tanışması ve kullanımı gecikirken, sinema ve televizyonda tam tersi bir durum söz konusu olmuştur. Sinema ve televizyonun bulunmasından, Türkiye’ye gelişine kadar geçen zaman dilimlerine bakıldığında çok büyük gecikmeler olduğu söylenemez, fakat gelişinde görülen hız gelişiminde olamamıştır. Burada ön plana çıkan konu, sanatsal üretimi yapan ve bu teknolojiyi kullanan insanların, yaratıcılıkları ve pratik zekâlarıyla farklı çözümler üretmesi olmuştur. Bu tez çalışmasının kuramsal bölümünde, sinema ve televizyonda kullanılan kamera teknolojilerindeki gelişim ele alınmıştır. Tezin içeriğine destek vermek üzere hazırlanan belgesel çalışmasında ise, teknolojiyi kullanan insan unsurunun önemi ve yaptığı katkı örneklerle anlatılmıştır.
The technological developments supported or gave way to creation and easy application of new ideas, easiness of production and diversification in different art forms. In the course of history, technology has played a major role in the production of art pieces regarding the studies done in the field of cinema and television. While Turkey’s acquaintance with technology and making use of it has been delayed in so many areas, concerning cinema and television it has been the contrary. When the time span from the discovery of television to its arrival to Turkey is looked upon, a drastic delay cannot be mentioned, however, its rapid arrival does not have any parallelism with its development. The subject matter that has importance here is the usage of practicality and creativity of people, who used this technology during the process of art production, as they invented alternative solutions. The theoretical part of this dissertation focuses on the development of camera technology used in television and cinema. In the documentary, prepared to give support to the insight of the dissertation, the importance and contribution of human factor using the technology is accounted with examples.
