Sağlık hizmeti alanların başvurdukları hastaneye ve hekime duyduğu güven duygusunun araştırılması

Abstract

SAĞLIK HİZMETİ ALANLARIN BAŞVURDUKLARI HASTANEYE VE HEKİME DUYDUĞU GÜVEN DUYGUSUNUN ARAŞTIRILMASI Sağlık hizmetlerindeki hızlı gelişmeler hastanın hekimine ve hastaneye güvenini tehdit etmektedir. Bu kadar nazik bir konuda henüz sağlık otoriteleri gerekli önlemleri almamışlardır. Bu çalışma hastaların kamuya ait hastanelerde genel dahiliye ve genel cerrahi polikliniklerine ilk kez başvuran 1394 hastaya uygulanmıştır. 20 maddeli araştırma sorularının geçerlik ve güvenirlik testleri yapılmıştır. Güvenirlik 0.80dir. Yapı kavram geçerliği 20 maddenin 6 faktörde toplanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı çalışma sonucu bulunan bilgilerle bu alanın profesyonlerine ve hastalara yardımcı olmaktır Hastalar hastane seçerken oturdukları semte uzaklık, sosyal güvence ve hekim sevki gibi konuları dikkate almışlardır (p<0.05). Sırasıyla Yedikule, Taksim, Zeynep Kamil Eğitim ve arştırma hastaneleri hastaların en çok güvendikleri hastaneler arasında yer alamaktadır (p<0.05). Hastaların hastaneye ve hekime güven duymaları onların eğitim, yaş, deneyimleri ile ilgilidir. Hekimin ise hastası ile empatik iletişim kurmasıda iyi sonuçlar vermektedir. Sonuç olarak hekimlere ve hastane yöneticilerine bu konuda eğitici çalışmalar yapılarak destek verilmelidir. ven, hekim, hastane, sağlık yöneticisi Investigation of the trust component of the persons having health care to physicians and hospitals. Rapid changes in the health care system are threatening patients’ trust in to physicians and hospitals. Yet, despite its acknowledged importance and potential fragility health authority haven’t taken necessary measures. We have taken 1394 patients applaying to education and research general surgery and internal medicine hospital for this research. We have done validity and reliability test of the questionnaire form which has 20 questions. Reliabiliy was found 0.80. Construct validity of scores was on the six factors. This research aims to present a synopsis of theories about patient trust to government hospital and their physicians in out patient practice. Clinicians, educators, and researchers interested in this area may find this information useful in practice and teaching. Patients choose their hospitals according to distance to their house, social security and to the advice of theirs physicians (p<0.05). Some of the public hospitals such as names are Yedikule, Taksim and Zeynep Kamil Research hospitals are choosen for the best by patients for trust matters (p<0.05). Te trust of patient to hospitals and physicians are related with their age, education, experiences. Empatic understanding of physicians also give good results.
