Abstract
Bu tezde Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu‟nun 272 ila 285 inci maddeleri arasında düzenlenen ve ülkemizde 20.07.2016 tarihinden itibaren uygulanmaya başlanan istinaf kanun yolu incelenmiştir.
