Abstract

Dithiophosphonic acids (DTFOA), one of the compounds of the organo-dithiophosphorus group, have been preferred more in studies because they are easier to synthesize and have higher yields than other organo-dithiophosphorus compounds. DTFOA\"s are converted to derivatives due to the bad smell of the crude acid formed at the end of the reaction[1,2]. In this study; New Ni(II) complexes were synthesized from the synthesized dithiophosphonic acid salts. Structures of synthesized four-coordinated Ni(II) complexes were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods. In addition, were made by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis as well as theoretical and molecular docking studies. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of the compounds was studied.
