Abstract
Tez çalışmamızın konusunu Tüketicinin Korunması Bakımından Taksitle Satım Sözleşmesi oluşturmaktadır. Ülkemizde ve bütün dünyada tüketicilerin korunmasının özel bir önem kazandığı alanlardan birisi de taksitle satım sözleşmeleridir. Taksitle satım sözleşmesinde satıcı, alıcıya menkul bir malı satış parasının ödenmesinden önce devretmek ve alıcıda satış parasını taksitler halinde ödemekle yükümlüdür. Bu tanımdan hareketle taksitle satım sözleşmesinin unsurlarını tespit ettikten sonra hukuki niteliği ve benzer sözleşmelerle olan ilişkisini anlattık. Taksitle satım sözleşmesinde öne çıkan unsur, kredilendirilmiş bir para edimi ile malın veya hizmetin mübadelesini amaçlayan bir sözleşme olmasıdır. Taksitle satım sözleşmesinin kurulması konusunda, sözleşmenin şekli, tarafları ve satıcıya yüklenen bilgi verme yükümlülüklerine temas ettik. Taksitle satım sözleşmesinin hükümleri konusunda da satıcının seçimlik haklarından ve alıcının haklarından bahsederek sonuç bölümüyle çalışmamıza son verdik.
FROM THE POİNT OF VİEW OF CONSUMER PROTECTİON, SALES ON İN STALLMENT The subject of our thesis is from the point of view of consumer protection sales on in stallment . İn our country and all our the world, another special field on consumer protection which attracts attention too much nowadays is sales on in stallment. In the sales on in stallment salesman has to turn the goods to the consumer before the paying of the movabel goods and the consumer has to pay the payment of sail in terms. With this explanation we detarmined the elements of the sales on in stallment . After that we explanied the legal charecteristic and relation with other smilar trials. The main point of the sales on in stallment is that the trial should be aimed the exchanged of the goods or services with the act of the money paid in terms. In the subject of establishment of aggrement sales on in stallment, we touch with the form of the aggrement the both sides and the obligation of inform which must be given by salesman. In the subject of the Judgments of the sales on in stallment, we explained the salesman alternatively rights and the consumer's rigts in our conclusion part.
