Publication: Gri ilişkisel analiz ile finansal performans ölçümü
Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında, 2015-2019 yılları arasında BİST Kurumsal YönetimEndeksi’nde (XKURY) işlem gören 29 şirketin finansal performansları ölçülmüş vekurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, şirketlerinfinansal oranları (likidite oranları, faaliyet oranları, finansal kaldıraç oranları ve kârlılıkoranları) hesaplanmıştır. Şirketlerin finansal performansları Çok Kriterli Karar Vermetekniklerinden Gri İlişkisel Analiz (GİA) yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Elde edilençıktılar, şirketlerin kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notlarının sıralaması ilekarşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, şirketlerin finansal performansı ile kurumsalyönetim derecelendirme notları arasında bir ilişkinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this thesis study, the financial performance of 29 companies traded in theBIST Corporate Governance Index between 2015-2019 was measured and compared withcorporate governance ratings. In this context, the financial ratios of the companies(liquidity ratios, activity ratios, financial leverage ratios and profitability ratios) werecalculated. The financial performance of companies was determined using the Greyrelational analysis method, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision-making techniques. Theresulting outputs were compared with the ranking of corporate governance ratings ofcompanies. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no relationship betweenthe financial performance of companies and the ratings of corporate governance.
