Publication: Örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel bağlılığa etkisi
Abstract
Örgütsel iletişim; örgütün işleyişini sağlamak ve örgütün amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek amacıyla örgüt içi bölümler ve örgüt ile çevresi arasında girişilen devamlı bir bilgi ve düşünce alışverişini sağlayan toplumsal bir süreçtir. Örgütsel yaşamda, başarılı, etkili ve verimli olabilmek için etkin bir iletişim sistemi kurmak gereklidir. Günümüz rekabet ortamında yönetim politikalarını geliştiren açık, şeffaf ve sürekli gelişme ve değişim arzusunda olan işletmelerin başarısındaki anahtarın etkin örgütsel iletişim olduğu bir gerçektir. Bu rekabet ortamında firmalar avantaj yaratabilecek formüller aramaya başlamışlar ve bu noktada insan unsurunun önemli bir faktör olduğu bilincine varmışlardır. İşletmelerin başarısı için çalışanların fiziksel enerjilerinin yanında duygusal enerjilerine de ihtiyaç vardır. Çalışanlar bir çok faktörle işletme amaçlarına isteklendirilebilirler. Bunlardan biri de örgütsel bağlılıktır. Çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel iletişim ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Çalışmada sırasıyla iletişim, örgütsel iletişim kavramları ögeler, işleyiş ve amacıyla birlikte ele alınmış, iletişimi engelleyen faktörler ve örgütsel iletişimi iyileştirmenin yolları tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra örgütsel bağlılık, tanımı boyutları, oluşum aşamaları, etkileyen faktörler ve örgütsel bağlılığı geliştirme araçları özetlenmiştir. Son olarak tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada örgütsel iletişim anketi ve örgütsel bağlılık anketi uygulaması yapılmıştır. Son bölümde anket değerlendirilmiş ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonunda, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel iletişim arasında doğrusal ilişki bulunmuştur.
Organisational communation may be defined as social process, which purposes providing the maintenance of the organization and provides with the between organisation itself and/ or its environment in order to realise the goals of the organisation. In order to be able to successful, efficient and productive in organizational life, it is essential to establish an efficient communicatian system. It is apparent that companies that develop management policies according to present competitive business conditions, and that are transparent, open and in demand to improve, have realized that organizational communication is a key. In this atmosphere of competency, companies has been looking for the formulas to create advantages for themselves and at this point they have realised importance of the human element. The success of business requires not only the physical energy of the employees, but also their emotional energy. The employees can be motivated towards the purposes of the company through many factors. One of them is the organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational communication and organizational commitment. In this study communication, organisational communication, compenents, maintenance, goals, hindering factors and the ways for improving organisational communication has been introduced. After, organizational commitment, compenents, the factors that effect commitment and the tools for improving the commitment was summurized. Eventually, the application of the poll of organisational communication and organizational commitment have been done in the company that works in textiles sector. At the last chapter, the poll is eveluated and several recommendations are presented. As a result of the research, a lineer reletion was found between organisational communication and organizational commitment.
