Ekonomik aktörlerin enflasyonla ilgili beklentilerinin fuzzy değişkenleriyle belirlenmesi ve ölçülmesi

Abstract

Tüm ülkelerin en önemli ekonomik sorunlarından biri olan enflasyon, tüm ekonomik akımlar tarafından nedenleri araştırılan en önemli iktisadi olgudur. Bu çalışmada ise enflasyonun nedenlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen enflasyon beklentileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bağlamda ekonomik aktörlerin enflasyonla ilgili beklentilerini ölçen merkez bankası beklenti anketlerinden yararlanılarak öncelikle geleneksel regresyon modeli kurulmuştur. Daha sonra ise enflasyon beklentileri gibi insan kararlarını içeren değişkenleri modele daha iyi yansıtması beklenen fuzzy regresyon modeli kurulmuş ve bu iki tahmin modeli karşılaştırılarak Temmuz 2006 için yıllık enflasyon oranı tahmin edilmiştir.

One of the most important economic problems of the countries is inflation. This most important economical fact has been researched for its reasons by all economic trends. In this study, it has been emphasized the inflation expectation which is regarded as one of the reasons of inflation. In this context it has been used the survey of the Central Bank which measures the inflation expectations of economic actors and formed traditional regression model. After that it has been formed fuzzy regression because it has been expected that fuzzy regression reflects better the variables that includes human decisions such as expectations about inflations. Finally this both estimation models have been compared each other and estimated inflation rate of July 2006.
