Publication: TRX ekipmanı ile yapılan kuvvet çalışmalarının serbest stil yüzme performansına etkisi
Abstract
Amaç: TRX ekipmanı ile 8 hafta boyunca yapılan kuvvet çalışmalarının 50 m. serbest stil yüzme performansına olan etkisini incelemektir.Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmamıza, TRX antrenman grubu ve kontrol grubu olarak toplam 24 kişi gönüllü katılmıştır. TRX antrenman grubu (yaş: 19,33±0,89 yıl; boy: 177,83±6,03 m; vücut ağırlığı: 73,42±6,91 kg, VKİ: 23,18±1,79 kg/ m2) ve kontrol grubu (yaş: 19,33±1,07 yıl; boy: 177,08±5,12 m; vücut ağırlığı: 76±6,67 kg, VKİ: 24,10±1,97 kg/ m2) dir. TRX antrenman grubu (n=12) ve kontrol grubu (n=12) serbest stil yüzebilen sporculardan oluşmuştur. TRX antrenman grubu 8 haftalık süreçte 16 antrenmana katılmıştır. Katılımcıların ön-son testlerinde boy, vücut ağırlığı ölçümleri ve 50 m. serbest stil yüzme dereceleri alınmıştır. Bulgular: Yapılan analizlere göre TRX antrenman ve kontrol gruplarının yüzme ön test verileri karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Benzer şekilde TRX antrenman ve kontrol gruplarının yüzme son test verileri karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Grup içi karşılaştırma yapıldığında ise TRX antrenman grubunun yüzme ön ve son test verileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur(p<0,05). Sonuç: TRX ile yapılan kuvvet çalışmaları, yüzme branşında uygulanabilir.

Material and methods: 24 participants voluntarily took part in our study, 12 of whom were in the TRX training group (age: 19.33±0.89; height: 177.83±6.03; BMI: 23.18±1.79) and the others were in the control group (age: 19.33±1.07; height: 177.08±5.12; BMI: 24.10±1.97). TRX training group (n=12) and control group (n=12) consisted of freestyle swimmers. TRX training group participated in 16 training sessions in 8 weeks. In the pre-post tests of the participants, height, weight measurements and 50 m. freestyle swimming degrees were taken. Results: According to the analyzes performed, there was no statistically significant difference when the swimming pre-test data of the TRX training and control groups were compared (p>0.05). Similarly, when swimming post-test data of TRX training and control groups were compared, no statistically significant difference was found (p>0.05). A statistically significant difference was found between the swimming pre- and post-test data of the TRX training group when compared within the group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Strength training with TRX can be applied in swimming.
