Publication: Ekolojik iktisatta kalkınma sorunu- Türkiye üzerine bir inceleme
Abstract
Bu tez, esas olarak iktisat ile doğa arasındaki ilişkileri sorgulamayıamaçlamaktadır. Bu sorgulama yapılırken ekolojik iktisadın ne olduğuaraştırılmaktadır. Ana konular çevre problemleri ile kalkınma ilişkisi üzerinebiçimlenmiş durumdadır. Tez birçok kavramı yeniden tanımlamaya,sorgulamaya, aralarındaki ilişkileri açığa çıkarmaya çalışmaktadır.Kalkınma-çevre konularında ana akım iktisatla ekolojik iktisat arasındakiayrışma noktalarını sergilemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu ayrıntılı serimlemeninardından Türkiye enerji sektörünün 1980 sonrası gelişimini ekolojik iktisataçısından analiz etmektedir.
The dissertation fundamentally seeks the relationship between nature andeconomics. What the ecological economics is investigated while this intentionis taking place. Main issues are built on the relationship of environmentalproblems and development. The dissertation aims to redefine and questionvarious concepts and clarify the relation between those concepts. It alsoaims to expose the dissimilarity between ecological economics andmainstream economics on developmental-environmental issues. At last, itanalyzes the evolution of Turkey's energy sector after 1980 in terms ofecological economics.
