Abstract
fus artışı, Gelişmekte Olan Ülkeler ÖZET GELİŞMEKTE OLAN ÜLKELERDE NÜFUS SORUNU ve TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ Nüfus konusu dünya ülkelerinin hemen hepsinde her zaman önemini koruyan bir sorun olmuştur. Hızlı nüfus artışı gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ciddi bir problemdir. Bu konuda uygulamaya çalışılan nüfus artışını yavaşlatıcı politikalarla nüfus artış hızı giderek düşmektedir. Fakat söz konusu ülkelerin demografik verileri gelişmiş ülke verilerine ulaşamamaktadır. Bu tezde amaç, Gelişmekte Olan Ülkelerde nüfusun nasıl bir sorun teşkil ettiği ve Türkiye’deki nüfus sorununun araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmada nüfusun teorik yönü ile nüfusun Gelişmekte Olan Ülkelerde ve Türkiye’deki durumu tarihi gelişimi içinde çeşitli yönleriyle ele alınarak, çeşitli bulgu ve önerilerin ışığında ortaya çıkan sorunlar incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Nüfus yaşlanması sorununu yaşayan Gelişmiş Ülkelerin yaşadığı süreci, gelişmekte olan ülkeler de yaşayacaktır. Türkiye’de gerekli önlemleri alarak bu geçişi fırsat olarak değerlendirmesi gerekliliği sonucuna varılmıştır. Population growth, developing countries,

Upsurge in population is a serious problem in developing countries. Through implemented policies, it began possible to decrease population growth, however demographic datas of these countries could’nt access developed countries’. The aims of this thesis exploring how is population seen as a problem in developing countries and resarching population problem of Turkey. Theoretical framework of population and the historical development in Turkey and some developing countries are disccussed, than various findings in this context tried to analyse. Aging population is not a problem only for developed countries also it will be one of problems of developing countries in the future. The conclusion arrived in this thesis that Turkey has to take action for evaluating this process as a opportunity.
