Abstract
KALİTE YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ VE STRATEJİK PLANLAMADA KALİTE İYİLEŞTİRMESİNDE DOĞRUSAL PROGRAMLAMA UYGULAMASI Bu çalışmanın amacı kalite kavramına sistem yaklaşımı açısından bakmak ve işletme içinde bu yaklaşımın etkilerini araştırmaktır. Toplam Kalite Yönetiminde sistem sürecini tamamlayan detayları incelemek, küreselleşme sürecinde stratejik kalite yönetimine Yöneylem Araştırmaları penceresinden bakmak, kalite sürecinin yönetiminde optimizasyon tekniklerini kullanmaktır. Müşteri açısından önemli olan üretimin kalitesi değil, teslim edilen malın kalitesi olduğu bilinmektedir. Ancak işletme içindeki tüm süreçlerde kalite sağlanmadan, ürün kalitesi sağlanamaz. Sağlansa dahi maliyet artacaktır. Her organizasyon yapısına uygun tek bir çözüm yoktur ve “en iyi (optimum)” duruma göre değişir. En iyi çözüm; çevre, teknoloji, işletmenin kaynaklarına göre değişim gösterir. İnsan ile sistem birleştiğinde yüksek kaliteyi yakalamaya dönük çabalar ve sonuç odaklı süreç etkisini göstereceği düşünülmektedir
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF QUALİTY AND QUALİTY TO REFORM İN STRATEGİC PLANİNG APPLİCATİON OF LİNEAR PROGRAMMİNG The aim of that study is looking as the conception of the quality system approach and to research this approach effect within the administration. For total quality management ,analyzing the details of completed system process ,looking to the global process as the operation research system ,using the optimization techniques in the quality management process.According to the customer is not only ;important the production of the quality but also the quality of delivered product has been known.But within all of the process of the administarition without providing the quality to provide the quality product ,even if itis provided the financial price will increase .There is no unique solition for every organization structure ,and it changes according to the best optimum. The most important solition ;environment technology it changes according to the sources of the administration .When people (human) and the system connected the efforts for catching (finding) the highest quality and it will show the conclusion focus on the effect of the process.
