Publication: Green supplier evaluation and selection : an industrial application in home appliances sector
Abstract
Tedarik zinciri, ortaya çıkan emisyonlar, kirlilik, toplumun sağlık tehlikesi vb. ile çevreyi önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir ve çevre koruma ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma bilinci son yirmi yılda artmıştır. Bu bilinçle tedarik zincirinin yeşillendirilmesine daha fazla önem verilmiştir. Şirketler tedarikçilerini seçerken en yeşil tedarikçiyi seçerlerse çevreye verilen zararı en aza indirecek ve sürdürülebilirliğe katkı sağlamış olacaktır. Tedarikçi değerlendirmesi ve seçimi, çok kriterli bir karar verme problemidir, burada kriterlerin tanımı ve seçimi önemli bir rol oynar. Bu çalışmada, entegre ve kapsamlı bir yeşil tedarikçi değerlendirme ve seçim çerçevesi ile öncelikle yeşil tedarikçi değerlendirme ve seçim kriterlerinin belirlenmesi, ardından bir ev aletleri firmasının tedarikçilerinin bu kriterlere göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Alternatiflerin uzman bir ekip yardımıyla ağırlıklandırılması ve tedarikçilerin değerlendirilmesi için hibrit çok kriterli karar verme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ev aletleri firmasında tecrübeli olan 6 karar verici bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada uygulamanın yapıldığı firmadaki Satın Alma, Ar- Ge, Lojistik, Kalite ve Tedarik Zinciri departmanlarından 6 karar verici bulunmaktadır. Bulanık AHP ile kriterler ağırlıklandırılmış ardından Bulanık TOPSIS ile tedarikçiler değerlendirilmiş ve sıralanmıştır. Çalışmada 6 ana kriter ve 25 alt kriter belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda “Kalite 4.0”, “Kalite Sistemi” ve “Kalite Kontrol” kriterleri en önemli kriterler olarak belirlenmiş ve işletmenin mevcut 4 tedarikçisi arasından “Tedarikçi 2”en yüksek puana sahip tedarikçi seçilmiştir.
The supply chain affects the environment significantly with the resulting emissions, pollution, the health problems it causes to the community etc. and thus environmental protection and sustainable development awareness has increased in the last two decades. With this awareness, more importance has been given to greening the supply chain. If companies choose the greenest supplier when choosing their suppliers, they will minimize the damage to the environment and contribute to sustainability. Supplier evaluation and selection is a multi-criteria decision-making problem, where the definition and selection of criteria play an important role. This study, it is aimed to determine the green supplier evaluation and selection criteria with an integrated and comprehensive green supplier evaluation and selection framework, and then to evaluate the suppliers of a home appliance company according to these criteria. A hybrid multi-criteria decision-making technique was used to weigh the alternatives with the help of decision-makers (DM) and to evaluate the suppliers. In the study, there are 6 DM from the purchasing department, R&D department, Logistics, Quality, and Supply Chain department of the company where the application is made. The criteria were weighted with Fuzzy AHP, then the suppliers were evaluated and ranked with Fuzzy TOPSIS. In the study, 6 main criteria and 25 sub-criteria were determined. As a result of the study, Quality 4.0, Quality System and Quality Control criteria were determined as the most important criteria and the supplier with the highest score was determined as Supplier 2 among the 4 existing suppliers of the enterprise.
