Abstract
Kur'ân tilâvetindeki telaffuz hatalarına klasik ve çağdaş yaklaşım (İbnü'l-Bennâ ve Âdil İbrahim Ebû Şa'r örneği) On dört asırdır süregelen Kur’ân tilâveti uygulamalarında her dönemde çeşitli telaffuz hataları ile karşılaşılmış; söz konusu hataların asgariye indirilebilmesi için dönemin ulemasınca kimi uyarılar ve tedbirler gündeme getirilmiştir. Gerek klasik gerekse çağdaş dönemde İslam âlimleri telaffuz hataları meselesini detaylıca ele almışlar ve bu alanda önemli eserler meydana getirmişlerdir. Örneğin, İbnü’l-Bennâ’ya (ö. 471/ 1079) ait olan Beyanü’l-‘uyûb elleti yecibü en yectenibehe’l-kurrâ’ ve îzâhu’l-edevât elletî büniye ‘aleyhe’l-îkrâ adlı eser bu alanda yazılmış önemli teliflerden bir tanesidir. Meseleyi çağdaş dönemde ele alan önemli müelliflerden birisi de Âdil İbrahim Ebû Şa‘r’dır. Onun bu meyanda kaleme aldığı el-Mustalahâtü’s-savtiyye fi’t-türâsi’l-lügavî inde’l-Arab adlı eseri, telaffuz hatalarına dair incelenmeyi hak eden önemli çalışmalardandır. Zira mezkûr eserin önemli bir kısmı el-‘Uyûbi’s-savtiyye ve’n- nutkiyye ve’l-ihtirâzâtü anhâ (Ses ve Telaffuz Kusurları ile Bunlardan Sakınma Yolları) başlığı altında telaffuz hataları ve bunların çözümüne dair tavsiyeleri içermektedir. Bu tezde yukarıda adı geçen iki önemli eser incelenerek müelliflerin meseleye dair yaklaşımları karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda her iki eserde zikredilen kavramlar tespit edilip bu kavramların ele alınış tarzı incelenmiş olup söz konusu alanda eser telif etmiş olan ulemanın kavramlar hakkındaki yorumlarına değinilmiştir. Bu sayede klasik ve çağdaş dönemde telaffuz hatalarına yönelik yaklaşım tarzındaki farklılıklar vuzuha kavuşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca telaffuz telaffuz hatalarının sebepleri ve bunların çözüm yollarına dair değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de Kur’ân tilâvetinde meydana gelen hataların çeşitli boyutlarıyla tekerrür ediyor olması, bu çalışmanın ehemmiyetini gözler önüne seren hususlardandır. Hâl böyle olunca tilâvette meydana gelen telaffuz hatalarını dünü ve bugünü itibariyle ele alan karşılaştırmalı çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğu görülmektedir.
In the fourteen centuries of Qur'anic education and recitation practices, various pronunciation errors have been encountered in every period, and some warnings and measures have been brought to the agenda by the scholars of the period in order to minimize these errors. Both in the classical and contemporary periods, Islamic scholars have dealt with the issue of pronunciation errors in detail and have produced important works in this field. For example, Ibn al-Bannā (d. 471/ 1079)’s Bayan al-‘uyūb elleti yajibu an yectenibehe al-kurrā’ wa īzāh al-adawāt elleti büniye ‘aleyhe al-ikrā is one of the important works written in this field. Ādil Ibrahim Abū Sha’r is one of the important authors who dealt with the issue in the contemporary period. His work al-Mustalahāt al-Sawtiyya is one of the important works on pronunciation errors that deserves to be analyzed. A significant part of the aforementioned work is titled al-‘Uyūbi’s-savtiyyat wa’n- nutkiyyat wa’l-ihtirāzāt anhā, which includes pronunciation errors and recommendations for their solution. In this thesis, the two important works mentioned above will be analyzed and their approaches to the issue will be discussed comparatively; in this way, the differences in the classical and contemporary approaches to pronunciation errors will be clarified. The fact that the errors in the recitation of the Qur'an are recurring in various dimensions today, as in the past, is one of the issues that reveal the importance of this study. As such, it is seen that there is a need for comparative studies that deal with the pronunciation errors that occur in recitation in terms of the past and the present. In this study, which will be formed in response to this need, the concepts mentioned in both works will be identified and the way these concepts are handled will be examined, and the comments of the ulema who have written works in the field in question will be mentioned. In addition, the historical journey of pronunciation errors from past to present will be presented to the reader from a panoramic perspective, and evaluations will be made on the causes of pronunciation errors and their solutions.
