Susurluk Çayı Havzası’nda coğrafi potansiyelin öğretim ve eğitim faaliyetlerinin planlaması üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Ö Z E T Araştırma konusunu Susurluk Çayı Havzası'nda Coğrafi Potansiyelin Öğretim ve Eğitim Faaliyetlerinin Plânlaması Üzerine Etkileri oluşturmaktadır. Saha, Marmara Bölgesi'nin Güney Marmara Bölümü sınırları içinde yer almaktadır. Araştırma sahası 22.399 km2 olup iki il (Balıkesir, Bursa), onbeş ilçe ve 1461 köyü kapsamaktadır. Bölgesel metotla havzanın fizikî, beşerî ve iktisadî potansiyeli ve bunların öğretim ve eğitim faaliyetlerinin plânlaması üzerine etkileri analiz edilerek, sentezlenmiştir. Bu çerçevede mahallinde yapılan arazi gözlemleri ve çeşitli anketlerle elde edilen bilgiler çeşitli yönleriyle ele alınıp değerlendirilmiştir. Coğrafî bilgilerin ışığı altında havzadaki öğretim ve eğitim konularına ağırlık verilerek, son istatistikî verilere dayalı, nispeten derinlemesine bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Literatür taraması, gözlemler, anketler ve mülâkatlar, mevcut verilerin tespiti ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmalarımızın esasını teşkil eden Susurluk Çayı Havzası, komşu havzalarla ilişkilendirilmiştir. Çalışma dört bölümde ele alınmıştır: Giriş kısmında, Susurluk Çayı Havzası'nın yeri, sınırları, genel coğrafî özellikleri, araştırmanın amacı ve metodu hakkında bilgi verilerek daha önce yapılan çalışmaların içeriklerine de kısaca değinilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, önce coğrafi potansiyel tanımlanmış, ardından da öğretim ve eğitim kavramlarının tanımı yapılarak, Susurluk Çayı Havzası'nda öğretim ve eğitimin tarihî gelişimi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Susurluk Çayı Havzası'ndaki iklim, jeolojik, jeomorfolojik, hidrografik, toprak ve bitki örtüsü gibi fizikî coğrafya özelliklerinin öğretim ve eğitime etkileri açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, beşerî ve iktisâdî coğrafya özelliklerinin öğretim ve eğitim faaliyetleri üzerine etkileri açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, gelecekte coğrafî şartlarda vukuu muhtemel olaylar ele alınmıştır. Plânlama hatalarından kaynaklanan sorunlar ve çözüm yolları önerilmiştir. Yapılan anket sonuçları yorumlanmıştır. Son olarak da bütün bu çalışmamız neticesinde ulaştığımız sonuç açıklanmıştır. Kısaca bu çalışma, Susurluk Çayı Havzası'ndaki fizikî, beşerî ve ekonomik yapıyı coğrafî yönleriyle ortaya koyma ve bu özelliklerin havzadaki öğretim ve eğitim faaliyetlerinin plânlaması üzerine etkilerini açıklamaya yöneliktir. A B S T R A C T The Subject of The Resarch is about The Effects Of Geographic Potential over The Planning Of Education Activities in The Susurluk River Basin. The area is placed in the borders of The Southern Marmara Division Of The Marmara Region The Area Of Resarch is 22.399 square kilometre and it consists of two cities (Bursa, Balıkesir), fifteen towns and 1461 villages. By The Regional Method; physical, anthropological and economical potential of the River basin and their effects on the education planning were synthesized by being analyzed. In this frame; geographic properties were taken up and evaluated on several categories by the knowledge that was obtained from its origin. Under the auspices of the geographic knowledge, it was attached importance to the subjects of education in The Riverbasin. A Comprehensive Research that was based on the statistic datums was performed. Scientific searches, investigations, observations and interviews determination and evaluation of presents datums were made. Susurluk River basin that constitutes the basis of our research was established connection with neighbour river basins. This thesis was evaluated in four chapters: In the Introduction chapter; it was given knowledge about general geographic features, borders and location of Susurluk River basin and the aims and methods of the research. And then, It was shortly mentioned the research had been performed before. In the first chapter; geographic potential was defined and then the definition of concepts of education and the historical development of the education in Susurluk River basin was explored. In the second chapter; it was explained the effects of the features of physical geography as climate, geomorphologic, geologic, hydrographic, pedology, and botany on the education. In the third chapter; it was explained the effects of features of the anthropological and economical geography on the education. In the fourth chapter; it was studied on the geographic variations that will be formed in the future and it was mentioned the problems that the planning errors caused and the ways of solution was proposed. The Results Of Research was commented. And finally, as a result of our whole research, the goal that we reached was explained. Finally, this thesis was prepared to explain the physical, anthropological and economical structure of The Susurluk Riverbasin and it was written to state the geographic features of the region , and the effects of these features over the planning of the education activities in Susurluk River basin.
