Düğün fotoğrafı geleneği

Abstract

Düğün gelenekleri ve düğün fotoğrafı yaklaşımlarındaki değişimin etki ve süreçlerini ele aldığımız araştırma ana hatlarıyla iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Geleneklerimiz, adetlerimiz ve rituellerimiz küreselleşme ve teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte, hızlı bir değişim süreci yaşamaktadır. Küreselleşme olarak tanımlanan bu değişimlerle, kültürlerimiz ve geleneklerimiz, zenginliğini ve çeşitliliğini kaybetmekte, aynılaşmaya doğru yol almaktadır. Bu değişim en sıkı, katı ve etnik, dinsel toplumlarda dahi görülmektedir. Araştırmanın ilk bölümünde, dünyada ve ülkemizde düğün gelenekleri, bölgesel, etnik özellikler göz önüne alınarak incelenmiştir. Dünyamız ve Türkiye’deki düğün gelenekleri ayrı ayrı ele alınmış, dünyadan farklı bölgeler ve etnik topluluklar incelenmiş, ülkemizde ise bölgesel farklılıklar bazında ele alınmıştır. Fotoğraf yaklaşımlarıyla ilgili olarak, fotoğrafın yurtiçinde ve ülkemizde portre stüdyolarının gelişimiyle başlayan, günümüz estetik ve foto röportaj yaklaşımına kadar, yabancı ve yerli yayınlardan incelenmiştir. Dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerinden ve ülkemiz farklı bölgelerinden fotoğrafçıların çalışmalarına örneklerle yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar incelenirken, teknikleri, fotoğraf yaklaşımları, ekipmanları incelenmiş, seçilen örnek fotoğraflara yer verilmiştir. Küreselleşme ve teknolojik değişimle birlikte, düğün fotoğrafı yaklaşımlarında değişim etki ve süreçleri incelenmiştir. Yabancı ve yerli kitap, internet sayfaları ve tez çalışmalarından elde edilen sonuçlar, İTO istatistikleri ve görsellerle harmanlanmıştır. Fotoğrafı ve fotoğraf yaklaşımlarını etkileyen teknolojik değişimlerle birlikte başlayan kürselleşme, geleneklerdeki zenginliği ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, fotoğraf yaklaşımlarındaki değişimle foto röportaj ve estetik yaklaşıma yöneliş, kültürel zenginliği ve çeşitliliği olmayan, aynılaşmaya doğru giden, çalışmalar ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmamızın sonunda, Çanakkale ve Trabzon bölgelerinde yapılan alan çalışmasına yer verilmiştir.

The research that is treating the processes and effects of the transformation in wedding traditions and wedding photography has two parts. Our traditions, grooves and rituals has been in the process of a rapid change due to globalisation and technological development. By the said changes which is termed as Globalisation our cultures and traditions has been loosing their richness and diversity and they are on the way to a uniformity. This change is observed even in the most rigid ethnic and religious communities. In the first part of the research, the wedding traditions in the World and in Turkey have been studied taking into consideration the regional and ethnic particularities. The wedding traditions in the world and in Turkey has been dealt with seperately. Different regions and different etnic communities were researched in the world-wide scope and regarding Turkey, regional differences has been considered. Considering Photographic Approaches, domestic and foreign publication has been examined between the time period that is starting with the development of portrait studios in Turkey and abroad up to current aesthetic and Photo-interwiew approaches. The works of the photographers from the several countries and different regions of Turkey has been presented with samples. When their works were visited, their tecnic, their approch in photography and their equipments were also examined. The effects and the processes of the change in wedding photography has been combined with the Globalisation and technological change. The information gathered from the books published in Turkish and other languages, internet pages and thesis has been blended with the ICOC statistics and visuals. Gobalisation which has started with the technological changes that are effecting Photography and photographic approaches is abolishing the richness of traditions. At the same time,the new attitude towards Photo-interwiew and Aesthetic Approach produce works that are not culturally rich and differenciated and getting similar in features. At the end of the study the field research which was held in Çanakkale and Trabzon is presented.
