Üzerine Bir Gözden Geçirme Çalışması
Abstract
Pek çok ilişki bağlamında görülebilen ilişki temalı obsesif kompulsif belirtiler, genellikle_x000D_
romantik ilişkilerde araştırılan bir konu olmuştur. Romantik ilişkilerde görülen obsesif_x000D_
kompulsif belirtiler; ilişki odaklı ve partner odaklı olarak iki boyutta ele alınmaktadır. Bu_x000D_
belirti kümesi, bireylerin yaşamlarını olumsuz yönde etkilediği gibi çift ilişkileri_x000D_
bağlamında da çeşitli zorlanmalara neden olabilmekte ve ilişki kalitesini_x000D_
zedeleyebilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacını romantik ilişki temalı obsesif kompulsif_x000D_
belirtilerin temel özelliklerinin incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda_x000D_
ilişki odaklı ve partner odaklı olmak üzere ayrı ayrı ele alınan obsesyon ve_x000D_
kompulsiyonlar son on yıl içerisinde gerçekleştirilen güncel görgül araştırmalar_x000D_
aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın diğer bir amacı ise bu belirti kümesini risk_x000D_
faktörleriyle beraber ele almaktır. Bu kapsamda romantik ilişkilerde görülen obsesif_x000D_
kompulsif belirtilerde risk faktörleri olarak bağlanma tarzları ve bilişsel çarpıtmalar_x000D_
değerlendirilmiştir. Son olarak psikopatoloji alanında araştırma ve uygulama_x000D_
bakımından ilişki temalı obsesif kompulsif belirti kümesinin önemine ve bu konuyla ilgili_x000D_
neler yapılabileceğine dair önerilere yer verilmiştir.
Relationship-Related Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms (ROCD) which can be observed_x000D_ in several relational contexts, are generally investigated in romantic relationships._x000D_ Relationship Related Obsessive-Compulsive symptoms are addressed in two dimensions_x000D_ as relationship focused and partner focused. This symptom cluster can negatively affect_x000D_ the lives of individuals as well as leading to severe difficulties in the context of the couple_x000D_ relationship, and it may impair the relationship quality. The aim of this study was to_x000D_ examine the basic characteristics of obsessive-compulsive symptoms in the romantic_x000D_ relationship. In line with this purpose, obsessions, and compulsions, which are discussed_x000D_ separately as relationship-focused, and partner focused, have been examined through_x000D_ current empirical studies conducted in the last ten years. Another aim of the study was_x000D_ to examine this symptom cluster together with its risk factors. In this context, attachment_x000D_ styles, and cognitive distortions were evaluated as risk factors. In conclusion, the_x000D_ importance of the relationship related obsessive compulsive symptom cluster and what_x000D_ needs to be done about this subject in terms of psychopathology were mentioned._x000D_
