Stok kontrolü ve eritme peynir sektöründe bir uygulama

Abstract

Yüksek kaliteyi minimum maliyetle ve en kısa sürede müşteriye sunmayı hedefleyen işletmelerin malzemeyi akıcı bir biçimde sağlaması ve kullanması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle işletmeler belirli yetenekteki tedarikçilerle çalışmak, işletme içi birimleri etkin koordine etmek ve müşteriye ulaşmak gibi çeşitli yönetim faaliyetlerini ve stok yönetimini doğru ve etkin bir şekilde nasıl gerçekleştirilebilir konusu irdelenecek olup bununla beraber eritme peyniri olarak adlandırılan peynir türünün, bir veya bir kaç çeşit peynirin, doğrudan doğruya veya bu ürünlere gerektiğinde süt tozu vb. eklenerek ısıl işlem uygulanıp elde edilen bu özel peynirin üretim sektöründe gerçekleştirilen bir uygulama incelenecektir. Bu konudan hareketle çalışmada amacımız; eritme peynir sektöründeki işletmelerin stok kontrolünün önemini simülasyon yöntemi ile ortaya koymaktır.Businesses aiming to offer high quality with minimum cost and as soon as possible to the customer should provide and use the material fluently.
