Abstract
ÖZET1970’lerin ortalarından itibaren kapitalizmin yaşadığı kriz, sermayenin geliştirdiği çok sayıda tepki ile atlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu tepkilerden biri, üretimin fiziki mekanını parçalayıp başka ülke ve bölgelere kaydırarak coğrafyasını genişletmek olmuştur. Üretimin bu yeni organizasyon biçimi beraberinde sermaye birikim sürecinde bazı çelişkiler ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çelişkiler pek çok sektör ve işkolunun gelişmesinin arkasındaki dinamiği oluşturmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de lojistik sektörüdür. Bu çalışma, sermayenin krize karşı geliştirdiği tepkilerden biri olan üretim organizasyonundaki değişim sonucunda lojistik sektörünün üretim sürecinde ortaya çıkan çelişkileri sermaye adına çözmesi sebebiyle önemli bir pozisyona gelmesini, artı değerin üretildiği üretim sürecine dışsal bir pozisyondan üretim sürecinin içine doğru kayışını ve sektörün yeniden yapılanmasını konu edinmektedir. Bu çalışma lojistik literatüründeki birçok çalışmanın aksine lojistik sektörünü, kapitalizmin krizi ve sermaye birikim süreciyle ilişkilendirmekte ve sermaye birikim sürecindeki değişimin lojistik sektörünün önemini arttırdığı şeklindeki hipotezini öne sürmektedir.
ABSTRACTSince the mid-1970s, the crisis experienced by capitalism has been tried to overcome by many reactions developed by capital. One of these reactions was to expand the geography of the production by disintegrate the physical space of production and shifting it to other countries and regions. This new form of organization of production has brought some contradictions in the process of capital accumulation. These contradictions are the driving force behind the development of many sectors include logistics.This study focuses on the fact that the logistics sector resolves the contradictions in the production process as a result of the change in the production organization, which is one of the reactions of the capital against the crisis, the shift of the surplus value from the external process to the production process and the restructuring of the sector.Unlike many studies in the logistics literature, this study associates the logistics sector with the crisis of capitalism and the capital accumulation process and suggests the hypothesis that the change in the capital accumulation process increases the importance of the logistics sector.
