Abstract

Muhammed münîb el-ayıntâbî’nin “teysîrü’l-mesîr fî şerhi’s-siyeri’l-kebîr” isimli eserinin başlangıç kısmından 'el-enfâl' bâbına kadar tahkik ve incelenmesi Bu tez, Muhammed Münîb el-Ayıntâbî'nin “Teysîrül-mesîr fî Şerhî's-Siyeri'l-kebîr” isimli eserinin başlangıç kısmından 'el-Enfâl' bâbına kadar tahkik ve incelenmesi konusunu amaçlamaktadır. Bu eser, Müellif tarafından İmam es-Serahsî'ye ait Şerhu's-Siyeri'l-kebir adlı eseri üzerine yazılmış ilk haşiyedir. İmam es- Serahsî'ye ait bu eser, Hanefî meszhebinde 'zâhirü'r-rivâye' kitaplarından biri olarak kabul edilen İmâm Muhammed b. Hasan eş-Şeybânî'nin Es-Siyerü'l-kebîr adlı eseri üzerine yazılmış bir şerh niteliğindedir. Tez, bir giriş, iki bölüm ve tahkik edilen Kısmı içermektedir. Giriş bölümünde, tezin konusunu, amacını, izlenen metodolojiyi ve kaynaklarının değerlendirmesini ele almaktadır. Muhammed Münîb el-Ayıntâbî'nin hayatını tüm yönleriyle incelemektedir. İkinci bölüm, el yazmasını, tahkik sürecinde kullanılan nüsahları ve takip edilen metodolojiyi değerlendirmektedir. Tahkik edilmiş kısımda ise, tahkik kurallarına uygun olarak metnin en iyi şekilde ortaya konulması amacıyla dört adet el yazması arasında karşılaştırma yapılmıştır.

A critical edition and analysis of the work titled “taysīru’l-masīr fī sharḥ as-siyar al-kabīr” by muḥammad munīb al-ayntābī from the beginning to the chapter of 'al-anfāl' This thesis aims to edit and analyze the work titled “Taysīru’l-Masīr fī Sharḥ as-Siyar al-Kabīr” by Muḥammad Munīb al-Ayntābī from the beginning up to the chapter of 'al-Anfāl'. This work is the first gloss (ḥāshiyah) written by the author on the work titled “Sharḥ as-Siyar al-Kabīr” by Imām al-Sarakhsī. This latter work by Imām al-Sarakhsī is itself a commentary written on “as-Siyar al-Kabīr” by Imām Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan al-Shaybānī, which is considered one of the ẓāhir al-riwāyah books in the Ḥanafī school of thought. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a edited portion. The introduction deals with the subject, aim of the thesis, the methodology followed and the evaluation of its sources. The first chapter thoroughly analyzes the life of Muḥammad Munīb al-Ayntābī. The second chapter evaluates the manuscript, the copies used in the edition process, and the methodology followed. In the edited section, a comparison was made between four manuscript copies in accordance with the rules of critical edition, with the aim of presenting the most accurate version of the text.
