Tekstil sektörü ve finansal yapısının incelenmesi

Abstract

Yapılan bu çalışmanın konusu; Tekstil Sektörü ve Finansal Yapısının İncelenmesidir. Çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye'nin en önemli ve başarılı sektörlerinden biri olan Tekstil Sektörünün genel olarak ekonomimizdeki yerinin ortaya çıkarılarak , örnek bir işletmeninde analizinin yapılmasıdır.Bu analiz yapılırken , sektördeki genel oranlar ile mukayese edilerek bu açıdan değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bu bölümler sırasıyla , Giriş,Sektörün Tanımı , Tekstil Hammaddeleri Genel Sınıflandırması, Türk Tekstil Sanayii'nin Profili, Tekstil ve Tekstil Ürünleri Sanayii'nin Finansal Yapısı ve Sonuçtur. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu ve amacı ortaya konmuştur. Sektörün tanımı ve hammadde sınıflandırması böümleri ile tekstilin kısa bir tanımı yapılarak, suni sentetik - yünlü tekstil - hazır giyim- deri ve deri mamulleri- pamuklu tekstil olmak üzere 5 ana gruba bölünmüştür. Her bir bölümün ekonomimiz içindeki durumları;arz ve talep,kapasite,üretim,dış ticaret bilgileriyle anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bölümlerden pamuklu tekstil sektörü seçilerek, biraz daha ayrıntılı incelenmiş, bu sektörde faaliyet gösteren bir işletme örnek alınarak mali tabloları verilmiş,mali oranları hesaplanmıştır.Bir sonraki bölümde sanayii'nin istihdamı ,verimliliği , sorunları konularına değinilmiştir.5.bölümde de sanayii'nin finansal yapısı ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Sanayii'nin finansal yapısı incelenirken ,bilanço yapısına bakılmıştır.Aktifi ve pasifi ile Türkiye'deki bir çok işletmenin bilanço verileri ile ortaya çıkan tablo değerlendirilmiştir. 6.bölümde de yapılan çalışmanın sonucu ortaya konmuştur. Sektörün ekonomimizdeki en önemli sektörlerden biri olduğu ,emek yoğun özelliği ile istihdamla yakından ilgili olduğu, Gümrük Birliği beklentisi ile 1995 yılından sonra yatırımlarda artış olduğu, Rusya ve Asya krizlerinin sektör üzerinde olumsuz etki yarattığı yatırımların kredilerle karşılanmasından dolayı finansman sıkıntısı oluştuğu, sektörün karşı karşıya bulunduğu durumlardır. Sonuç bölümünde aynı zamanda örnek olarak incelenen şirketin mali oranları ile tekstil sektörünün genel mali oranlarının karşılaştırmalı tablosu sunulmuştur.Birbirinden sapmaları ve benzerlikleri çıkarılmıştır.

The content of the submitted work is to invesigate the textile sector and its financial strcture.The aim of this submit is to identfy the importance of textile sector in Turkısh economy where textile is one of the most important and succesful sector for Turkey.On the other hand analysation will be made to set a company as a model. During this analysation textile will be compared with the general rates in sector.This submit consist of 6 chapters. Those chapters are ıntroduction , description of the sector, raw materials of textile,general classification,the profıle of Turkısh textile ındustry , the finacial structure of textile and textile products industry and conclusıon . In ıntroduction part, the content of submit and the aim of this submit have been put forward.In chapters descriptıon of the sector and classification of raw materials a short definition of textile has been done and explained in 5 main groups whıch are Artıfıcıal Synthetic, Wholen Textile, Ready-Made Clothing, Leather and its products,Cotton Textile. Effects of each group on our economy tried to be explained by the informations about supply and demand ,capacity, production and foreign trade. Cotton textile sector is selected within these groups and analysed in detail.Acompany operating in this sector has chosen as a model and its financial views and rates are calculated . In next group the employment , productivity and problems of this industry have mentioned. In the 5TH group , the financıal structure of this industry examined in detail. While examining the financial structure of the industry the configuration of balance sheet has been viewed.The table brought up with balance sheet data of many companies of Turkey togetherwith their activities and passives has been evaluated. The results of the work made at 6th chapter has been put forward. The conditions that the sector has been facing are: It is understood that this sector is one of the most important sectors , and that it is strongly related with the employment due to its main feature of being consantrated on labour.It is also understood that the expectations of European Customs Union after 1995,the investments have increased.However, the crisis in Russia and Asian countries has created a negative effect on the sectorand financial diffuciltues have been experienced since the most of the investments had been done by credits. These are main problems that the sector is struggling within the conclusıon , a table comparing the sample company's financial rates with the general financial rates of textile sector has been drawn .In this table theee differences and the similarities between the company and the sector have been explained.
