Abstract
Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı mevzuatındaki kök değerler açısından incelediğimiz araştırmamızın temel problemi, Diyanet TV’de yayınlanan Harfler Köyü çizgi filminin ilk yirmi bölümünün MEB mevzuatındaki kök değerleri işleyip işlemediğini araştırmak; eğer işlemişse ne şekilde, hangi kanallarla, hangi örneklerle aktarıldığını ortaya çıkarmak ve Harfler Köyü çizgi filminin değerler eğitimi çalışmaları ile DKAB dersleri müfredatında kullanılma ihtimallerini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla öncelikle kök değerlerin ülkemizde ne gibi anlamlar ifade ettiği; değerlerin günümüzde hangi kanallar aracılığıyla aktarıldığı ve bu kanallardan olan medyanın değer aktarımındaki önemi ortaya konmuştur. Çizgi filmin ilk yirmi bölümü izlenerek bu bölümlerdeki kök değerlerin kullanımı frekans tabloları ile gösterilmiştir. Çizgi filmin senaristi Müberra Aktaş Hanım ile gerçekleştirdiğimiz görüşme, kök değerlerin çizgi filmin ilk yirmi bölümünde bulunma sıklığı ve ne şekilde ele alındığı kaydedilerek araştırma tamamlanmıştır.
The main problem of our research, which we examined in terms of root values in the legislation of the Ministry of National Education, is to investigate whether the first twenty episodes of the Harfler Köyü cartoon broadcast on Diyanet TV process the root values in the Ministry of National Education legislation; if it has worked, it is to reveal how, through which channels, with which examples it was transmitted.The aim of this work is to investigate the possibilities of the use of the Harfler Köyü cartoon in values education studies and in the curriculum of religious culture and knowledge lessons.For this purpose, first of all, what kind of meanings do the root values mean in our country; Through which channels the values are transferred today and the importance of the media, which is one of these channels, in value transfer has been revealed. The first twenty episodes of the cartoon are watched and the use of root values in these sections is shown with frequency tables. The research was completed by recording the interview we had with the screenwriter of the cartoon, Ms. Müberra Aktaş, the frequency of the root values in the first twenty parts of the cartoon and how they were handled.
