Abstract

SO 9001:2000 KALİTE YÖNETİM SİSTEMİNDE İLETİŞİM VE UYGULAMADAN BİR ÖRNEK Gelişen ve değişen müşteri beklentilerinin tatmininin küreselleşen pazar koşullarının gerekliliklerine uyum içersinde yapılabilmesi için ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi’nce gerekli olan ortak vizyonun oluşmasında sürekli ve kuvvetli bir iletişimin yerinin irdelendiği bu çalışmada ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi içerisinde iletişim yeri ve önemine dair uygulamadan örnekler Haziran 2006 tarihi itibariyle ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemine geçiş yapan Türk Hava Yolları’ndan verilmektedir.

COMMUNICATION ON ISO 9001:2000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND A SAMPLE APPLICATION. In this study, in order to satisfy the customers expectations which have to be done according to necessities of global market conditions, the system of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management, which helps to form the common vision, it has been being questioned the place of permanent and effective communication. Regarding the place and the importance of communication inside of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System has been being given by the samples of applications in Turkish Airlines which has started to the system of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management on June 2006
